I've been going to the gym for five years now and have tried out various facilities. One year being at Synergy and it is undoubtedly the top gym in Parker County, boasting exceptional machines and an outstanding staff.

Amazing gym with tons of great equipment & friendly staff! It’s hard finding a good gym with great leg machines. It is well maintained & clean. There has been some solid upgrades since joining a year ago and it keeps getting better!

Guests must come in during staffed hours Extra Amenities include: Personal Training, Tanning Bed, Infrared Saunas, Hydrostatic Body Composition Testing, 3D Fit Body Scans.
