Haven't bought actual hot food but bought a side of beef! Great people! Answered all my questions! Can't wait to get my beef. Will definitely be trying the hot plates soon!

Amazing steaks at a reasonable price! We got to meet the owner, he was very nice and offered suggestions on type of steaks, cooking them and different cuts for different types of dinners. We now try and make in monthly to stock up!

This hidden gem is definitely a go-to and a must experience. This family-owned small business offers specialty butchering services (if you need 1/2 a cow, this is your place), catering, and even an extensive lunch menu. You can dine-in or have it delivered. My goal is to try everything on the menu because I can't seem to pick a favorite - their seasonings are on point. Try it out - you won't be disappointed!

If y'all haven't been here for lunch, you are seriously missing out! I had the amazing pork tacos with potato salad and cole slaw, and my friend had the brisket mac-n-cheese! Everything tasted beyond incredible and definitely worth a trip to try it out!!!

Meat market and restaurant!!!! If you ever get the chance, go and eat here! The food is outstanding, and the staff are some of the nicest people that me and my wife have ever met. We loved their crawfish, which was the best we have ever had in Parker county! Pulled pork sliders and the brisket grilled cheese were also Amazing! Will definitely have to go back in tomorrow!

Finally had a moment to stop in here and I definitely regret not stopping in sooner. Fabulous boutique meat market with some of the best meat around. You know how restaurant meat is always better than what you get at the grocery store? Well this is not only the top notch restaurant quality meat you crave but they actually offer Italian quality PIEDMONTESE!!! Y'ALL! Once you try that you will never go back.And they serve lunch! And they offer catering!!! Oh AND they have wines professionally paired with all of the meats, just ask!

Very Fresh meats local store. Well stocked with good meats. Ever since we discovered this place We don’t buy meats beef pork etc anywhere else. If you are local Carve & Cask are what you need for good meats.If your looking to buy in bulk too they will take care of you.I recommend this place.

Love this place! the couple times I have been there they have been nice, and they have a very good variety of meats and sides. The pre-seasoned chicken is delicious. Sausages are so good I requested them for my birthday.

I’ve never had Piedmontese Steak before until I went to Carve & Cask and now I’m hooked. It was absolutely a better beef in any sense of the word. The shop has a lot of great other things that I can’t wait to go back and try, and they have a great beer selection at grocery store prices.

We love to support the local communities. We were fortunate enough to day to get some great food out of it. Carve & Cask came and brought with them some amazing food! You have to check them out. They do it right the food is fantastic. The service is on point!
