I went to this place on June 20th 2023 and In the past this has been my favorite laundromat to go to. Yesterday was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place. the girl they had working on the evening shift was very rude. Did not offer any help. I told her hi she just looked in the other direction. She also kept walking around the laundromat, taking everyone’s hamper carts that they were using and putting them back so people had to keep walking back to get the hamper cart. There was no AC in this place. It was really hot the big washing machine on the first row at the very end is broken the screen doesn’t light up to let you know how much money you’re putting or if it’s ready. I asked for help with this and the girl simply ignored me again and didn’t offer any help at all so I had to find a different washer, I tried to tell the girl that worked there that it the washing machine took my money. She ignored me again. I just forgot all about it because I didn’t want to get all worked up over $7 dollars. Usually the people that work at this place are very nice and friendly. This is the first rude person I’ve ever met that worked here.
