Zero stars! Tried to close a joint account. They wouldn't let me, kept charging fees and now owe over $1000 in fees only. Homeless, lost job and wanted to close it because i have No pending charges and No pending money. Needed that last $20 to feed dog.

This location randomly closes-they've been closed half the time I've visited, during normal business hours. Watch your tire rims on the drive through -their concrete curbs extend abnormally long and every time I've been in the drive-through there, somebody has scraped their rims while driving out.

The women sorry GIRLS, working at this location are entitled, arrogant, rude people. There was One "banker" who the entire time just had a attitude problem anytime I asked to do something with my account she'd scoff and say "do it online" I went in to open a joint account with my husband and she ignored every single question we had and asking inappropriate questions like "he works, but you don't?" "Hmm" and so much more. And her "manger" decided to get an attitude because I told them it's none of their business to questions that have nothing to do with a bank account. Avoid this location at all cost.

Waited in the lobby for 25 minutes for me to get up and tell them I need to open a business checking account and she tells me she doesn't have a banker. I've been sitting there for 25 minutes and none of you could say a word? This place is a joke, with terrible customer service.

Went to open a business account here and got the complete run around (customer service here sucked). Spent about 3-4 hours total dealing with Wells Fargo banks. I ended up going to amegy, opened an account and was there about 25 minutes total:)

Been banking with WF since Dec 2008 and thus far this is the BEST location ever! The staff is attentive and empathetic - SUPER friendly and personable. Much older location that actually has deposit boxes. Plenty of staff on hand except, unfortunately, at lunch time when they're busiest, but EVERYONE gets to have a break when they're working. This is a bank not McDonald's so if you're in a 5 second rush you really should go to another location. Only problem I have ever had in 6 months of coming here is the loud, vocally rude, impatient other customers.
