“We've been taking our pets to North Pines Animal Hospital since the beginning of 2023, and we consider it our primary veterinary hospital for our pets. The veterinarians and staff at North Pines have always provided excellent care to our pets. They've been very patient with our rescue dogs (and especially patient with one that is very nervous) and they've always made an effort to have it be a positive experience for our pets. All of the staff is wonderful!
It's also really great that they are a Trupanion DirectPay hospital too, which means our pet insurance will pay them directly (and we don't have to file for reimbursement!).”
