The city of Willis is lucky to have Straighline Auto be a part of our community. I just purchased a vehicle from Clark and I could not be more happier with the way the process went. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, Clark didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Finishing paperwork with Sylivia was a breeze and it didn't take 5 hours to complete. Everyone at Straighline Auto is very professional, trust worthy and above all nice. I will recommend them to anyone I hear looking for a vehicle. Go see Clark and the gang they won't disappoint. My experience was the best ever at Straightline. From Mr. Clark showing my husband and I all of the vehicles to Ms. Sylvia finalizing the sale I must say I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them. Very polite, sincere and truthful people with amazing customer service. We will Be back!

Good people to buy a used car from. Bought my son a car over a year ago on the fly when his broke down and we needed him to have immediate transportation bc we work out of town alot. Had a couple of minor issues (common for older cars) but other than that it's been a great purchase so far and they were very helpful when we needed them.

They have been lying to us over and over about building our credit saying they would take care of it and figure out why our credit has not improved I've called again and again talked to Silvia and she says she will look into it and does nothing the only reason. We went with them is because they said it would help our credit ive never once been late in almost 4 years and not only did we speak with Silvia but with both owners and they just gave us the runaround will never do business with them again
