Staff was friendly and efficient with their help, I felt welcomed the moment I stepped into the office. I’d definitely recommend this vet to others looking for a good option for their pets.

Updated 10/18/24 The Willis staff is great and they helped me a lot with my fur baby who had heart and kidney disease. He eventually had to go to the Rainbow? Bridge but Aubrey, Dr Pettyjohn and Dr Abbey were so sweet to my baby.

Dr. Teague & her tech Becky have been so patient & understanding listening to my concerns for our sweet 10 yr old pup who has been going through treatments for almost 3 years at another vet with no success. She has gotten to the root of the issue causing these recurring infections & severe inflammation, & after just 2 weeks of treatment with an ongoing long term plan for our special girl she has finally become pain free, the infection and inflammation are healing beautifully and hair is growing back. We were at a loss with nothing helping in the past, we couldn’t bear to see her continue to suffer. The staff at Stone Ridge Vet has been nothing short of AMAZING, from check in to check out. I was surprised & happy that they even sent personal texts checking on her to see how her treatment was coming along.
My other pup who’s 12 went in not feeling well, she discovered he had a stage 4 heart murmur! I was completely shocked as our previous longtime vet we’ve used 20+ years had never once mentioned a murmur of any kind, even though every year at his exams I made it a point to always ask specifically about his heart. We are so thankful that now know. Thank you Dr Teague for caring for our beloved pets. ???????

I called and managed to get an appointment for the same day. Even though I was in tears and stumbled over my words on the phone, Kayla, who I believe works at the front desk and may also be a technician, was incredibly kind and understanding. Not knowing what was wrong with my pet and having someone compassionate, who didn't dismiss my emotions, meant a lot to me.
While the cost was higher than I expected, I would gladly pay double to ensure my pet received the best care. The vet was kind, efficient, and to the point. As someone who has had experiences with other vets, I feel comfortable and at ease bringing my boy to Stone Ridge.

Long story short, my dog Parker has been sick for a while & Stone Ridge was his vet. They were always super caring & refilled meds promptly. The day came when Parker’s quality of life became painful so we had to help him. The process was absolutely the best under the circumstances. Calming & unrushed, all on our terms. They were compassionate & caring helping me with my fur baby. I also just got a condolence card in the mail with Parker’s nose & paw print. What an absolute unexpected lovely sentiment. Thank you to the vets & techs for making a totally terrible day as caring & smooth as possible.

I took Lola in for her annual exam. Aubrey was awesome and very personable and answered all of my questions. Dr. Ortega was very nice and they made Lola as comfortable as possible with her vaccinations. The whole staff is always friendly!

What a great veterinary clinic! Very reasonably priced! We have been taken advantage of in the past and they seem like they do whatever they can to keep the cost reasonable. Don't hesitate to take your animal there.
