I stopped in this location real quick because I was having a problem charging my relatively new iPhone. I walked in at 2:30 ish, out by 2:40! A T-Mobile rep named Will, was very helpful & solved my problem!! Thank You, yall ROCK

The T-Mobile store in Willis, TX has an employee, Tra'Narian Johnson, who is 10 stars out of 5. He is kind, pleasant, patient, but most of all HE IS VERY COMPETENT. I cannot say enough good things about Tra'Narian.

After a huge confusion with T-mobile support I woke up this morning to my Sim card being inactive. I wasn't even able to call T-mobile support. I had to walk over 4 miles to the store in hopes of getting my issue resolved. When I arrived Abner began taking care of the situation and after approximately 30 min of him being on the phone with support he got my issue taken care of. I just want to send a HUGE Thank you to Abner for being patient and resolving my issue!!!

We were instructed we could pick up our new phone tonight (warranty). However, due to management being less than par and irresponsible, we can't...and cannot until the manager checks it in. Well, thats not what we were told.Secondly, we canceled a timex family watch over a year ago, at this store. Tell me why they are still charging us...one year after we canceled it. And we've told them twice.Third, I can't get through to this store by phone. I've called multiple times, it rings 4-5 times, and hangs up.Shady. Crooked. Lazy.BBB is looking bright!!

I really had high hopes for this location and wanted the relationship to last a long time but between the equipment they recommended which does not work, the shoddy Customer Service that makes you wait for 30 minutes to talk to somebody and the personnel at this location where one of them spoke and sounded like he had a mouthful of marbles, I cannot take it any longer.They sold me on an unlimited Internet device, which worked fine for about four months. Then when I had problems, they told me that they don’t have the service to support this equipment in my area (but they did when they sold me on the product). I explained my needs and they said the only thing they had which would do the job is a “hotspot”. So I bought the hotspot and in the second month, discovered that it only came with 100 GB of data, which is about 500 GB short of what I need for my home and what I explained to them when I was in the store. Now they’re telling me they have no equipment that will work for me and I need to go to a provider.All this time, my neighbor has the identical Internet device in his home (under a business account), and it works famously. It sounds like the limitation on the equipment is a “marketing tool“ and not a technical limitation.I was dismayed by the lack of professionalism in the appearance of one of the female employees at this location and the hard sell put on me when I came in for a repair of my Internet equipment.I’m going to cancel the service and go somewhere else where my business will be appreciated.

No one greets you when you walk in. Employees have ear pieces in and are talking on them on the floor so you can’t tell if they are talking to you or not. Rude employees.
