Just purchased our first boat from Ski Doc Austin. John and the entire staff provided exceptional service. Being a first timer there is a ton of stuff you don't know that you don't know. That being said, John was awesome helping us get set up with the right boat, getting prepped for the water, and making the entire experience pain and frustration free. For what it's worth, I would highly recommend the folks down at Ski Doc. We're looking forward to future purchases. John and company are competent, professional, and offer exceptional customer service. Notably, the techs in the service department are sharp and highly proficient. Knowing that gives us confidence that our boat is ready for the water.

Me and my family recently bought a boat from Carlos and ski dock Conroe.We initially were looking at the RI265 to which we were amazed by but out of our price range.Carlos never once treated us any differently when he found out our budget and instead took 2 months to set up a deal on a BEAUTIFUL RI237.The boat was in Austin so we went to go see it there, to which a unfortunate mix-up occurred that ultimately made the trip pointless and left us pretty unhappy with the employees in Austin.Upon contact with Carlos we told him we would rather the boat be brought down here to Conroe and the deal solely done through him.Carlos made sure we were taken care of in EVERY WAY!!! Can’t speak highly enough for a man that took a family who had never bought a single boat before and walking us through everything and truly making sure the entire experience with him was pleasant.Kept us updated throughout the experience and still goes out of his way to help us and answer any questions even after purchase.If you’re on the fence or not sure what to think of boat salesman please give Carlos a call he will definitely curb your doubts and truly earn your business. He earned our business for the foreseeable future and I’d definitely consider him a friend to the family at this point!Thank you Carlos,-The Penning Family
