Their phone service is very poor I called today and was on hold for 30 min to make an appointment When someone finally answered (very nice person)I asked to make an appointment at the Willis location They said they would transfer me ; then I was disconnected ? At the beginning of the call It states the phone service has been changed for the better but it definitely is very bad Also I think there should be a line for each clinic

Treated me like they didn't even want me to walk through their front door. Most unwelcoming environment, no help, low key felt like my skin color was the problem....

I can't get anyone to answer the phone for an appointment. I've been calling for 3 days with no answer. I'm forced to find a different doctor even though I'm pleased with Dr Molina

I was treated like a schizophrenic when I told Dr. Moseley about my parasite symptoms. After finding threadworms in my stool on 5/1/24, I asked for a urine and fecal parasite test on 5/2/24. Dr. Moseley took a swab to test for vaginal infections. She is an ob/gyn, but I’ve been to many doctors that just redirect me back to an Ob/Gyn since I have vaginal issues which I believe stem from parasite issues. I’m trying to find out if they come from parasite issues. Since my vaginal tests are always negative. After I asked Dr. Moseley if she could test my stool and urine for parasites, she asked me if I see a doctor for mental health. I was shocked, as if if vaginal itching, yellow discharge, and rectal itching are associated with my ADHD diagnosis. Who would make up having worms, it’s humiliating, and even more humiliating writing this post. This was very unprofessional and needs to be brought to public attention. After I insisted I had pinworms (threadworms), she told me to take pinworm medicine from CVS or Walgreens. I requested a stool/urine test a 2nd time because the store medicine (Pyrantel Pamoate) only works temporarily, and she brought up my mental health again, as if I was making up seeing worms.I do not have schizophrenia, I am a sound-minded college graduate that needs help and is tired of being sent back and forth to doctors. After I insisted the 3rd time that I wanted a parasite test, Dr. Moseley finally had a lady come in and hand me a stool test kit. I asked Dr. Moseley, “What about a urine test, can you run a parasite test on my urine?” She tried to avoid this question 3 times during the appointment, and for the 3rd time continued to ask when I will be seeing my mental health professional. Coincidentally, I saw my psychiatrist today on 5/8/24, and he stated that I need to stop seeing Dr. Moseley due to her being unhelpful and resistant.I finally turned in my stool test today (5/8), due to their office being closed on 5/3, them giving my boyfriend the wrong test when I had him pick it up, and having to submit the correct test today. When I was about to leave today, I was told by the front office lady that I would need to drive to Conroe to get a plastic tube for an additional test because it wasn’t done correctly. I was not instructed to do that parasite test properly, so why should I have to spend more gas, energy, and time for other’s mistakes. Mind you, I feel horrible and driving is risky because of my stomach symptoms. I have already been to that doctor’s office 5 times in the last week, I should have only had to go twice. When I got home from dropping off my sample today, I was called back and told the same thing that the front lady said. I explained that I’m not in a condition to be driving 30 minutes to Conroe, and asked if they could mail me one. She said she’d try to remember to, but it needs to be ordered first. Well that’s reassuring.I also asked the lady on the phone if they could test my urine for parasites as a final attempt, and she told me 3 times that it’s not Dr. Moseley’s specialty. After the 3rd time of her saying it’s not Dr. Moseley’s specialty, I asked, “What’s the harm in the doctor submitting my feces or urine for the additional parasites? She is already sending the sample in anyways. Plus, I won’t be seeing her again. I just need results sent to my new doctor.”The lady repeated herself about it not being Dr. Moseley’s speciality, but would message her to see if she could. I asked for a call back to see if this test (Giardia and other urine parasites) would be submitted. Now, I will be seeing a new doctor, and will my results faxed over. After this experience, I looked through all the bad reviews and realized I should have looked at them sooner. The people here do not care about you, this is why they have 2.7 stars for their rating.Update: I was called back today, and told that a test will be done for a specific parasite in my stool.

Worst place to go. The pa I had did not care about my health or the fact that Ik what's best for my body's health. Just brushed my concerns and facts aside. I will be looking into finding a real professional Doctor. Not someone guinea pigging people. All about money, not actually helping patients.

Stay away! All they want is money. At $75 a person...it's ridiculous. They will fill a prescription and if you don't pick it up in 30 minutes they will cancel it and you'll have to pay another $75. They will send you for pointless tests and MRI's and then come back with "You're ok".It's all lies with all of them. Next step is reporting them to tmb.state.tx.us (incase you needed the link to also report them)STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Avoid if at all possible. My doctor completely brushed me off. Ended up diagnosing me with what I told her I had. Gave me meds your not supposed to quit cold Turkey and then cut them off. They are so unprofessional here and they DO NOT care about you. I’m sitting here so sick from not having my meds. I was told they would call me back and they never did.

The ladies in the front office, especially Lizbeth, are rude which is a shame because the doctor we’ve seen there was really warm and friendly. We will avoid this location though to keep from dealing with their front office.

I was at this location with my son for his yearly physical in June. During the visit, I asked Adam Lowe if he could fill out the sports assessment form for school for my son and he said yes; and said “I will do it within 6 months of the visit.” So, the last week of July, I went in to drop off my son’s form. Before the lady at the front desk collected the forms, she verified with Adam said and he said I should drop off the forms. The Lady told me that I should come back to get the completed forms because Adam is busy and I obliged. After about two weeks, I went back and they told me couldn't find my son’s form, no apologies about that. I went in today to drop off a new form. To my surprise, Adam said he was unable to complete the form; again no apologies for that. So, why did he ask me to drop off the form when he knew he was unable to complete the form? Even the other provider’s assistant that was there was not reasonable and they concluded that the provider may not have understood me. If he did not understand me, did he not understand the lady who told me I could drop off the forms? I was totally disappointed. I am happy that I didn't do my physical this year at this location this year. I barely write reviews but the humiliation and stress I got from these medical teams are agonizing. I hope never to go to this location anymore.

Had an appointment here two weeks ago and the physicians assistant R Boysen told me I needed an MRI and physical therapy. She still hasn't closed my case so that they can order it and I'm still in pain waiting. Now I'm looking for another primary care doctor.

Is there any way to reach someone at this clinic without having to spend 30 minutes on hold to even get someone to answer?

Clean facility, nice staff. Not a terrible place for a small clinic situations.
