Chad from Lonestar Appliance Repair was very professional when he arrived at my home. He first sent a text to let me know when he was arriving, including a picture of him so I'd know it was him at the door! He explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to complete the work. Afterwards, we discussed some general maintenance items I had never heard of for washing machines!

I called Lonestar Appliance when my fridge wasn’t cooling how it used to. The technician was honest with me and quickly told me it was the compressor. He stated that replacing it would not only be expensive but may not fix the problem. He suggested I get a new fridge instead of trying to get money out of me, knowing it wouldn’t address the problem. I appreciated that. He was on time, friendly, efficient, and honest. This is why Lonestar will get all my business for repairs. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Jobanny, he came the initial visit and when I explained that he couldn't do the job alone, he took the time to call his leadership and see what resolution we could come up with to solve my issue because I had been dealing with this situation for an extended amount of time and was not a happy camper(angry woman customer). Jobanny was professional, patient and said " let me see what I can do to assist to get this done" he NEVER showed anything but calmness and willingness to help. He said he wasn't sure how long it would take , but he would help.Within 24 hrs Jobanny shows up with WT , together they were absolutely amazing, professional and performed placing my appliance in a timely manner. At the end of the service call , WT took extra time to explain how to work the appliance even though the instruction guide was available. I would recommend these 2 technicians for anyone who wanted a job done professionally and with great customer service. I am truly a satisfied customer.

I am really happy with my experience with Lone Star Appliances and my technician Cesar! The office is good with making appointments, sending updates, communication is on point; and they work well with my home warranty.Also CESAR has been above and beyond in getting repairs needed for my appliances and installing my new cooktop!!!He was on time, courteous, professional, informative, very helpful in answering all my questions - and a pleasure to deal with all around!I would recommend Cesar and Lone Star Appliances every day for every time you need help with appliances!Services: Dishwasher repair

I had the opportunity, pleasure, and honor to meet a member of management Darlene Mckiney. She was so informative and patient with all the questions I had about my washer belt. I found out that all I needed to do was to replace it and also keep up with annual maintenance. I recommend this company because I was so impressed by their customer service!

I can not remember the name of the serviceman that came to our home to look at the damage my 7 yr old did to my new GE Profile Slide in oven. However, after a brief inspection he claimed the frame was bent and could not be repaired.Out of desperation I called the store I purchased it from and they sent out a repairman who assured me the door hinges were bent and he would order new springs. After a few days he showed up to replace the damaged springs and like magic my oven is back to new. Great Repairman with the knowledge to know his job. He was gracious and comforting after the ignorant response from your company.Also, the cost was not covered under warranty nor did I expect it to be. Total cost parts & labor $248.45, approximate difference between repair and the purchase a new oven $2000.Thank You Wilson Appliance on 1488

We had a positive experience with Lone Star Appliance for our dryer repair. The company was communicative, timely and responsive. A technician was dispatched within a couple of days of the initial claim to determine the issue. A replacement part had to be ordered which took several days to arrive, but the company explained the timeline up front so we knew what to expect. Chad returned to install the part once it arrived. He was professional, respectful and efficient. We would recommend and use Lone Star Appliance in the future, when the need arises. Fransisco did a great job fixing my dryer. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and then returned to install them. He was efficient , informative and cleaned up after the job was finished. Lone Star kept me up informed every step of the way. They also were able to schedule my appointment quickly and I didn't have to wait days. The price for the repair was very reasonable for the quality of service I received. Lone Star is my go to place for appliance repair. Thank you Fransisco for the great service!

Francisco came out to diagnose the issue with our dishwasher and was honest, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him and Lonestar Appliance. The technician was great. He was very knowledgeable and was able to identify and fix our issues right away. It helps when a technician have experience and expertise to get right to resolution vs having to come back multiple times. He was very professional and easy to work with.

Fransico worked tirelessly on our LG refrigerator. Our problem seemed to be an issue that LG delivers!!!! The company was responsive to our needs of being without a refrigerator for about 3 weeks. I give them 4 stars because it took 4 trips to our home for a successful repair. However, they did not give up!!!! AND were professional the whole frustrating time. I appreciate them working until it was up and running.I would suggest, communication in English between employees, provides a positive environment.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

When your worker came the 1st time, they were told that the fridge alarm was constantly going off. They said the door blades on the inside needed to be replaced. They ordered the parts (showed up to fix it in about 20 days). Upon fixing the door, the alarm noise was still there, it was not fixed. The worker tried to say it was the sensor, he seemed as if he didn't know what he was doing as he fiddled around with things. He left without fixing the problem. Another worker from a different company came and said the panel was the problem. It's ridiculous and unacceptable that I have waited a long time to get this fixed and am having to wait even longer because your worker did not know how to completely diagnose the problem and fix it.
