Recently, "Ashley" at Camp EZ in Livingston, TX sold our 2018 Forest River Columbus 42' fifth wheel trailer in ONLY 3 WEEKS! We had it with PPL south Houston for over a year and a half with no prospects. She told us it would sell FAST and she did! Thanks Ashley! Good job!

Wonderful Experience!
Can't recommend this company enough. Kaitlyn was a treat to work with, super responsive and accommodating. She answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Everything I look for in excellent customer service. They are right next door to Thousand Trails Conroe which makes it even more convenient if you are traveling through the area.

These campers are not owned by camp ez. The owner contacts people selling these campers that used our to the max. They don't pay there bills. There employees have to run around to each camper as they go somewhere fixing all the issues you will show up with. Many other camper rentals services are running a much better show with much better campers. Take your ride on the circus if you choose these group. As for the reply the manger put. That is correct. I was also a employ to this place. Which the owner is now battling Texas worker rights becaause they do not pay there employees.

It looks like this company has been taken over from the wonderful owners that people are praising below, here is my experience:
Although this RV is beautiful, updated, and modern. This experience was awful due to the customer service and responsiveness of the owner.
As a new RV user, My husband recently rented this for his university's homecoming, in which the owner stated that she had 22 other RVs present on campus. I made it clear that this was our first experience with an RV and I asked all of the questions that we knew to ask before leaving the lot, including whether should we fill the tank with water and how long should it last. Kaitlyn, the franchise owner stated that it should last all weekend and that we should be fine.
On the first day, we lost power from the outlets, refrigerator, microwave, and water. We were in the RV, rendering it practically unusable, I tried reaching out to the owner through texts and calls. However, there was no response for a full day. I tried, along with friends to troubleshoot the best way we knew how...no luck and still no response from Kaitlyn. The next morning, I began contacting her at 6:00 am and finally received a response via text at 9:05 am stating that she could not talk and a tech person would contact us. We had already spent enough time without necessities, so I reached out for a contact number, again, no verbal response just a text about how she could not talk on the phone, and she gave the tech number. With the guidance of the tech, we finally were able to get power due to a breaker switch on the generator under the generator, which at drop off Kaitlyn admitted that she did not know it was there herself. If she had responded the very first day, we would have been able to easily troubleshoot and enjoy our weekend.
As for water, we had to wait until about 1 pm the next day for the water guys on campus to assist us in filling the tank, which cost us an additional $100 due to her lack of clarity during pick-up. We could have easily stopped to get water on the first day if she had responded to my questions accordingly.
The whole point of renting an RV is to enjoy a convenient and comfortable travel experience, but this situation turned out to be quite the opposite. This lack of communication not only left us stranded without the essential amenities but also created unnecessary stress during our trip, and time we should have been enjoying and celebrating.
Due to the lack of responsiveness, we requested that Kaitlyn refund us for the time spent without power and water, causing us to lose food, spend extra money, not shower, and sleep without heat, basically 1 day. Upon drop off, Kaitlyn was very nonchalant and kept using the term "user error" and said she "was taking notes for next time" and that she would recommend to the CEO "to have someone on call because she cannot be up all night to troubleshoot." She also mentioned that "she had never rented out this many at once", "did not want to give out the tech's number because he had just started on Monday" and "next time she would have manuals".
User error or not, we don't own the RV and paid for an experience that should include customer service and she literally chose not to pick up the phone and respond causing inconvenience for the entire weekend. With 22+ RVs rented out, you would think customer service would be a main priority. I believe that prompt and effective communication is fundamental in the RV rental business, especially when unexpected challenges arise. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression. I would not rent from her as a new RV owner and during large events. They do not have the capacity to render service accordingly.
She admitted to not knowing where the button is, that caused such and inconvenience, but can't offer a refund. We live in DC and can't do

The Pros: The camper was beautiful and spacious. Delivery was prompt as well as pickup. That’s the end of the pros.
Cons: Was charged for a full fresh water tank before drop off which was fine. RV was delivered on a Thursday and everything was shown to be working. I locked up the RV and left to return back on Friday. When I returned I noticed their was no water and to my surprise the fresh water tank was nearly empty. Also one of the grey tanks was full as well as one of the black tanks. How could this be possible when nobody has been in the RV? So I contacted owners and didn’t receive help until Saturday morning. The guy that called said he was sure the fresh tank was full but couldn’t answer why the other tanks were at the levels stated. He asked me was there somebody else I could call to help with the water and dumping.
I found a service that would provide water to the Camper but was charged $140 which I hoped to get reimbursed. Later that day a piece of trim fell off onto one of our guest. It was being held together by scotch tape to stay up. I took pictures and The weekend went on as planned. The next day we cleaned the RV and made sure no trash or items were left behind and took pictures after. The Camper was picked up and 2 days later I received an email saying everything was fine and my deposit would be returned
Unfortunately a couple hours after that email I received another email for damages claim. I was sent pictures of a table that had a mark on it, a kitchen drawer with a hole in it and the wood trim coming off. Other than the trim nothing else was known. The drawers and table weren’t used the whole trip so I was being charged for damages caused by someone else and unbeknownst to me. Long story short due to not having pictures of the drawers or table previously I was charged for the damages. And on today I received a text message stating I wouldn’t be reimbursed for the water due to heavy amounts of trash, undergarments, and other items being left. No pictures were sent showing this to be true.
In Conclusion if you choose to rent from this place through RV share or directly. Please make sure to video and take pictures of everything so you don’t get scammed for unnecessary charges like me. Protect yourself
