It seems like every time I go into this store they are rude and don’t want to honor digital coupons. I was a former employee of the dollar general in another state. I know for a fact they have to honor these coupons. This store must be a one of a kind type store, I purchased an item from another local dollar general and refused to return the item, said it was upper management that would not let them do that, never heard anything like that when I worked for them, it’s the stores choice, and they choose not to help you. Sad the world we live in! What happened to good customer service does it not apply to this store!

My cashier Riley was very friendly and helpful and overall a delight this girl always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help. She actually took the time to learn my name and that really means a lot to me. She absolutely deserves a raise. I love going in there just to say hello. Definitely manager material. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Manager Melinda should not work with the public. I have never encountered a person as rude and disrespectful as her. Thanks to her, your company lost a sale and any future sales from my family & friends. She has been reported and hopefully she will get reprimanded. Without customers, you have no business.

I like this store and shop often. But I’ve noticed it’s usually this same girl working by herself a lot, and I’ve been in where this poor thing is swamped with people and deliveries and I just don’t think it’s fair for one girl. However, she does a good job

Went in here to grab a few last minute things I needed, which I NEVER go here. I walk in and happily spoke to the cashier Rylie and she couldn't even open her mouth to speak back, the ceiling was leaking water so they had buckets around catching the water, and they had absolutely NO bread, none... All around horrible experience. Never again... ✌?ill spend my money elsewhere.

This store is very clean, organized, and a nice size. We did not have a hard time finding what we needed. They had plenty of grocery options as well. We did not want to travel further to a grocery store, and this location was a one stop shop for everything we were needing for our weekend trip.

The male employee/manager is extremely rude. Went in to buy several items on special, and their digital coupons were not working. The employee checking me out stated there was nothing he could do about it. I showed him my phone with the coupons clipped and he was extremely rude to me. If you are not going to honor your specials and digital coupons, there is no point shopping here.

Very rude lady manager, did not look at her name tag nor did I want to know her name, she made me very uncomfortable and was Ride and had an attitude. She threw my ID at me and made snarky remarks. I hope she gets fired.

This store is always super clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful and great at customer service. My cashier, Kendall (sorry if misspelled )was super helpful and friendly. Had a minor pricing issue and it was taken care of quickly and professionally. My only complaint, and it is a tiny one, is that no name tags on employees. I had to ask the young lady her name so I could leave this review.
