Unable to provide me with my prescription or any reasonable solution on how I can get my medicine filled absolutely the worst pharmacy you sit and wait in line for them to tell you that your prescription isn’t ready and that there are not going to fill it. would recommend any other pharmacy outside of this specific CVS location absolutely terrible customer service

I received two texts from CvS yesterday saying they had received my prescription and a second at 5 pm saying it was filled and ready for pickup. I got there today at 12:30 and they said they had not gotten it and it was hr who sent the texts and they had no input. It is now Friday afternoon the doctors office is closed and I’m stuck. They said they would call the cops if I stayed till they figured it out. What a cluster..,.. I’ll never go back to willis cvs.

After 8 years of BS, transferred all my Rx to Walgreens across the street. Once again received a text yesterday my Rx was ready, then to be told they were out when I arrive to pick it up. Then the idiot at the window hands me two printouts with addresses to two more CVS’s so that I can drive over there and ask them if they have my RX available. I asked her if she could call ahead to see if they had it available and she said no, but I could call them. I work full-time and isn’t that your job? Luckily, I drove across the street and Walgreens had my RX in stock. CVS, Fix your app & hire people for the drive thru that are old enough to have some common sense!

I highly recommend a CVS. I have quite a few health issues that require prescriptions and other medical supplies and items that I find at this CVS it is always stocked very clean and from time to time when things go wrong, which they do they are kind, courteous, and efficient and Making away for a prompt resolution.

I want to give a compliment to the pharmacist Obe. I had to come back a few times due to issues with the VA covering my medication and she was very kind, patient, and understanding. After a lot of back and forth I was able to get my medication covered. She took her time to listen to me despite running a very busy pharmacy. If I need to fill any prescriptions in the future from outside providers I will be coming to this pharmacy because of the experience I had. Thank you Obe, for helping me navigate through this issue.

This CVS has the rudest pharmacist . Apparently they were closed for lunch and she was so rude to everyone.. We didn’t know and there was no sign to let us know they were closed for lunch .. Never coming back here again ..

The drive thru is always packed, so I go inside. The employees here are very efficient and knowledgeable and the service was outstanding.
