I had to go buy a new phone yesterday and the young lady that helped me was so helpful and answered every single question that I had! And doing all of this while there was an angry customer in the store trying to get customer service to answer. She gets 25 stars!!!!

The people working at this store are very helpful. I switched my service over from Metro and they were able to help me save $50 a month off my bill through the EBB program. I recommend them for all your cell phone needs.

Guys working here are a bit confused about what there doing there. Customer before me had a complaint on how his service was handled. My representative didnt handle my sevice correctly. I had to return to the store to complete my transaction. I was also encouraged to pay in cash. Sketchy if you ask me.
