We have our RV and boat stored here for a couple of years and have had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this facility.Allyson is phenomenal to work with and always kept us up to date with changes, if we had a tire go flat, if anything looked out of the norm with our trailers and when there were watercraft safety checks available at the facility.We will be leaving the facility soon as we have moved to Waco, but are truly going to miss the wonderful facility but most importantly, we will miss the peace of mind we have had while storing here, knowing Allyson watched over our things as though they were her own.

We had our coach here for 3 years and had a rate increase totally 66% in those 3 years, Outrageous that’s 22% yearly. We understand everything has gone up but I would expect with that kind of increase some upgrades and improvements to the property would be warranted . The lot is all gravel and if it rains our site was a mud puddle. We asked for more gravel never got it. We are gone 6 months and asked for the electric to be refunded since we paid it but never used it and was told no. We paid quarterly and each invoice sent to us was wrong and we always where having to prove that the invoice sent was wrong. All I ever heard was I have to talk to the accountant! I paid 1 penny short and was sent a past due email. We found another storage for $70.00 a month less. Same size with electric covered all concrete water station Rv washing air hose restrooms security and more. The day we left someone had tried to break into several units and Allyson said it was just windy that night! We have a $10.00 credit on file for almost a year and that still has not been refunded even though I’ve ask multiple times. Allyson was very nice most of the time but when we told her we were leaving she showed a very different side of herself. She wanted her penny I want my $10.00!!

I have rented other spaces in the past and this place is super clean, lighting is fantastic and best of all is the service, Allyson is awesome. She is very professional and polite. Would recommend it highly.

Allyson is awesome!!!! You can tell she loves her job!! Perfect parking space for my boat and plenty of room for me to maneuver with my truck (dually). Monthly rates are also very good!!! Highly recommend!!!

This storage facility is amazing. It’s reasonably priced, super clean and Allyson went out of her way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. 5 stars for Allyson and 5 stars for Conroe Lakeside RV & Boat Storage!

Allyson is the woman to see! She got me in the same day I picked up my trailer, the other storage place I was going to use wouldn’t answer the phone so they lost my business and Allyson was there to save the day. The facility is fairly new and kept in great shape! Well lit at night and covered storage looks great. I will definitely recommend them to everybody!

Let me just say that Allyson it awesome! In a world where customer service that has been scarce.... THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE! She ready went out of her way to help me get into my space. This is a great place I drive 20mi north just for her customer service skills. She make herself available to the renters which is just great. If you need open or covers space this is the place to be.

First and foremost, Allyson is amazing!!! She left her home when she could of asked me to come another day and met me on a day the office was closed and gave me a tour of her beautifully well kept and strongly secured lot. She was very thorough on all aspects of the property and the contract. Allyson is a bundle of information and very positive and high spirited person. I look forward to keeping my investment at her location and feel safe with her security she has in place.

I personally visited the facility. Very nice Managers. Ask for Ms. Farmer, she is super nice. The Facility is for RV's, Boats, ect., and its enclosed with a gate, camera's, electric power, lights, and is kept very, very clean. Thanks for showing me your facility. I highly recommend anyone with a RV or Boat to come see and ask for Ms. Farmer.

This is a great place to store any of your rolling toys. Allyson is an amazing person and was the most friendly and helpful person I have experienced in the Houston area. I have zero complaints about the business conducted at this facility and would recommend to anyone.

This was a terrific place to store our fifth wheel when we needed to fly out-of-state for medical visits. We chose the covered parking with electric hookup. Allyson and Bob were wonderful people with whom to work. They were warm and very professional. Allyson gave us a tour of the property, by golf cart, and helped us pick a site. When we later arrived with our rig, Bob walked over and offered any help we wanted in getting parked and connected. The place is secure, spotless, and new; and was located conveniently near both the lake and the large Thousand Trails resort where we have been staying.

Awesome staff! Alyson met us on a Sunday by appointment, in the rain to get our rental started. She was thorough with showing us the lot and explaing our options. Great brand new facilty with reasonable rates for storage. Give them a call or stop by to check them out!

We recently moved our travel trailer here for covered storage. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place is extremely secure and had the option to have an electric hook up in the storage space which we felt was beneficial. My husband and I already have more peace of mind keeping our camper here as we dealt with many break ins at our previous storage place.
