Went in for a job interview never heard back so I called and Michael told me due to payroll issues they could not extend the position. Either was lied to or they realized they were over staffed after making an effort for an interview. Just be honest and follow up when people are genuinely trying to get a job.

This Walgreens pharmacy used to be wonderful!! The staff were so friendly and attentive and accommodating. There seems to have been a management change and things like customer service have tanked! The biggest issue as I see it is communication. I've been promised a prescription would be ready, only to find out that it was out of stock, and on a couple of occasions, I didn't find out that the medication was out of stock until the weekend when, obviously, my doctor was unreachable. The pharmacy staff could not have sounded less interested or like they cared any less. Oh yes, by all means don't stress yourselves, it's just a medication I need to take every day, no worries that you don't have any and didn't tell me on a day when I could contact my doctor to do something different and it might just impact my health negatively. Walgreens, do better. I get it that you may run out of meds and they didn't come in the your delivery, but let's take some refresher courses on customer service. You're dealing with people's health and safety!!

The pharmacy always takes forever and there's usually some issues they have going on. If you like to waste time then go here.

I came to pick up my prescription through drive through and the manager Michael Garrison, was very very rude he yelled at me and never even helped with the prescription, and the only thing I was trying to do was get my medication I can't understand how you can treat someone like this that's a customer that spends their money here all the time, and the line was very long I stood there for about 45 mins. Smh

This is easily the worst Walgreens I've ever seen. Every time you fill prescriptions here, prepare to wait in line for over an hour. It doesn't matter what time of day you try to come by. Think it moves faster inside than the drive thru? Think again. It's all equally slow and equally frustrating. Go to CVS and save yourself the headache

First time using this pharmacy. BIG MISTAKE!!! They have had my prescription since October 18th. When I called today( October 29th) to see when I could pick up my prescription, the Pharmacist said she needed more information from the doctor!!! REALLY??? Why they haven't called the doctor by now is beyond me. I wish I had read the reviews before having my doctor send it there. I will never use them again but until I see my doctor next month, I'm stuck. I have to go without my prescription for 3 days. I have severe problems with my back. You can bet that if it was their grandmother, they would make sure they filled it on time. They wouldn't leave their family member in excruciating pain while waiting for surgery.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy ever! The employees are nice, but the this pharmacy is so incredibly inefficient that it is surprising they are still in business. Willis doesn't have many choices for pharmacies so that must be why. Both inside and the drive-thru are the slowest I have EVER experienced. Even our doctor's office expressed their frustration with this Walgreens as they make many mistakes and are so ridiculously slow. If you have all day and do not require a competent pharmacy, this location is for you!

Good Afternoon, I was in the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. There was a little old lady in front of us using a walker around 3:30pm 2/17/2022. The cashier young heavy set white female. Was so rude to the older lady she had her in tears. My husband helped her with the app for Good-RX so the lady could pay for her prescriptions that where around $73 dollars and Good-RX brought it down to around $33. The little cashier was not going to let the lady use it until several people in the line spoke up in her defense. When we asked the cashier. She stated she is a pharmacist and don't have to advise or help people try to save money. (I am pretty sure she was only a cashier, I have never had a pharmacist be that rude) Really, then why do people work in positions where they are supposed to be the specialist and help people in need. Hope she really feels good about herself making an elderly lady cry. I was raised to respect my elders. It is a crying shame how the younger people of today act and treat others.

Never in my life have I ever walked into a store and wanted to walk out right away. Pharmacy line is insane. There is a 4+ hour wait and at the front register there weren't any cashiers. Management is useless. You'll have better luck getting help from a rock. Worst store ever. Don't come here. Michael is the manager, total f****** block head: useless.

I am in town from Hurricane Ida evacuation. So already totally stressed. Pharmacist would not fill my prescription sent in by my doctor. Then she proceeds to lecture me about the danger of the meds I am on. Totally made me feel like a l***** Last time I checked you are not my doctor. Withdrawing cold turkey from this medication can cause seizures but did not care then proceeded to hang up on me. Talk about kick ya when ya down. I have been a customer for over 25 years. I have never been so humiliated and I have been on the same medicine regiment for over 12 years with no issue. Thanks for nothing and if I have a seizure, it will be my attorney calling. I have had medication refills across the country at many Walgreens. I know the process, she could over ride it but refused to help during this difficult time. Horrible

Customer service has always been good however they really use more staff to help with the long lines. It doesn't matter if it's drive through or inside, the line is 10 deep with ONE person working the counter. Only once did I see a MOD come to assist the pharmacy.

No masks anywhere in sight... We were told quote "we are not enforcing the mask ordinance." The fact that a pharmacy is politicizing the outbreak of a virus is pathetic.
