My family has been renting 2 units since 2016. The staff is great and accommodating. We have non climate-controlled outside units, so not much is expected of the unit itself. I have had a rodent problem for the last year and tried to treat the problem myself. There is a large gap under the unit doors, so it's no surprise animals can get in. I've been pleased with the place for the most part. The only complaints I have are the driveway and the yearly $20 increase. The pot holes are extremely rough on my Honda. I've damaged the shocks. I understand the cost of living increases over time, and market rates do too. It just bugs me when rentals increase but offer no incentives or make no improvements, and you're just paying more for the same old thing. Sometimes, there are promotions for new customers that are a better deal than the loyal, long-time renters get.

Looking for a storage location can be a daunting task. I searched online to find 8-10 locations with 50% of them having limited information. Whereas Cap’n Tom’s Storage webpage has all the right information. Thanks to Patrick for the immediate support and details to the property. I look forward to staying at Cap’n Tom’s Storage.

I recently needed to rent a storage unit and I'm so glad I chose Cap'n Toms. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. But what really impressed me was the customer service.
Patrick, who helped me with the rental process, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect unit for my belongings. He also patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly.

Patrick and Brian have been fantastic! I’ve been a customer since 2018, when they took over Management. There are many changes to their security, convenience of payment online, and responding back promptly anytime when needed. Great location for anyone looking for a secure place, especially if you’re a boat owners looking for a place near the lake, reasonable price, lots of options. You need a place to free up your seasonal belongings for your home. Always clean and Management is phenomenal. Never felt like I’m just a customer, and that’s hard to come by. Check them out!

We’ve been with Cap’n Tom’s now for several years and we love and trust having our items stored here. They have great security, storage facilities and above all, super friendly and excellent customer service. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I definitely recommend Capt’n Tom’s for your storage facility! :))
