There was a younger gentleman that was running the store he was in the locked store before closing time I do understand he was young but to be rude when you are trying to ask him a question and then for him to give out false information that was the worse experience we have ever had with a person working for boost mobile

I went in their yesterday and asked her for the $25.00 plan I see advertised all over and she laughed at me. Then stated they have a $50 or $60 plans. I was shocked. You can see they mostly get paid on commission. I walked out and she didn't care. Later that day I went into a store in Conroe and got the $25 plan( with resistance). Their company sure pushes them to NOT sell that inexpensive plan. Then the salesmen requested a tip??? Dang Boost, pay your employees. I hope I'm pleased with their product ( unlike their sales people).

What a great store and a great sales representative! Always opening on time and being so courteous. Jumanji the manager up at Willis! Just got these two accessories for such a low price and everything! Jumanji if your watching this, appreciate your support and help. Coming back to purchase my husband's phone and get him those large speakers they got in sale!

Love this phone I got! Moto g stylus 5g. Jumanji took care of me and listened to my concerns. And I got a new number with this also! I love the service and this store is very efficient and effective. Hey! Everyone just got this TCL. Last shipment of this phone and I was the lucky guy to get it. As usual came in to pay my bill and asked the sales representative Jumanji for what kinda am I gonna get. He assisted me so much and gave me the best deal cause right now there is a moto g5g device for just 25$! Went in and got that and I am so excited for this!Thank u Boost for giving this excellent store at Willis and to me. Jumanji definitely is the best in the West ahah! Didn't hurt he knows Spanish too and assisted me in both languages

Jumanji! What a great man! Came in the store, and he helped me with everything. New phone new number and everything let me know about the boost application on playstore. And also help set up autopay!Came in to get that TCl everybody was talking about but Jumanji helped me get that Moto g Stylus in the same price range! I love the service and love the help and assistance I could get from Jumanji! Clean store and every accessory you came ever imagine set up properly from headphones to cases, Jumanji and I cracked a few jokes as well and on the way out I let him know what a great assist he was today ?

Just switched from T Mobile. Hands down the best service I could ever ask for. From boost af the representative up here Jumanji!My bill is a third of what I used to pay at T Mobile and I also got that TCl phone everybody was talking about and I'm for real happy with that phone n service ahah
