Had a great experience with Ryan and Billy. If you have a diesel truck, this is the place to take it in the Conroe/Willis area. They are open and upfront about what to expect. They even filled my blinker fluid for me!

Excellent excellent excellent!!! Hauling a load of horses from NC to TX and had to hurry and get back to NC. Started to have some brake noise.. rotors were TOAST. They got me in immediately, had parts ordered before the truck was even in the bay and even filled buckets to water the horses while we waited. Excellent service and such friendly people. 15 stars. Grateful for their help and hospitality

Amazing experience. Called a day ahead and spoke to Ryan and let him know what was going on with my car and explained to him I was only going to be in town for one day.
The check in process was super easy, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was able to see everything that was wrong with my car, approve the jobs I want done, and I got my car back same day as promised.

I handed them a mess (unknowingly) and the truck runs better than ever. Billy was up front and honest with me through all of the troubleshooting, the ordering parts, the problems and the solutions. He was adamant about going through all of the correct troubleshooting (when I was getting impatient lol) to return my new-to-me truck better than it was before. I’m thankful he did. Billy is a rare find in how he chooses to do business. I will bring all of our vehicle work and maintenance here from now on.

Billy ROCKS. My new to me classic truck was giving me a fit, so I dropped it off with Black’s after SEVERAL recommendations. I’m glad I did. They went through it all, leaving the truck in far better condition than when they got it. It runs better, idles better and drives better. They took care to put a seat and floor protector down, and there were zero oily hand prints on anything (which has happened to me before). They updated me over the course of the few days they had it, and I felt the pricing was very fair considering the quality of work. I’ll be back, and I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality, HONEST mechanic work.
