“My teen daughter and I had an appointment to set up accounts with Bob Flowers. He was SO wonderful to work with. He did not ask me to post this review. After spending a good amount of time with him, my daughter and I said right away "we need to give him a good review!" I'm a busy mom to 4 and don't have time for this so that says a lot! He was so wonderful to interact with and get to know. We were not looking forward to sitting at the bank dealing with opening accounts but he truly made it less of a chore and more fun and enjoyable! Sweetest human. Looking forward to working with him again when we go back to open more accounts for my other kids.”

“Been banking with WF since Dec 2008 and thus far this is the BEST location ever! The staff is attentive and empathetic - SUPER friendly and personable. Much older location that actually has deposit boxes. Plenty of staff on hand except, unfortunately, at lunch time when they're busiest, but EVERYONE gets to have a break when they're working. This is a bank not McDonald's so if you're in a 5 second rush you really should go to another location. Only problem I have ever had in 6 months of coming here is the loud, vocally rude, impatient other customers.”
“Always helpful and speedy without feeling I am being rushed. Love doing business with a bank that knows me by name. They are a busy bank with others around them closing down but they do not let that busyness keep them from being pleasant.”
