Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Poor communication and planning. I called Darren to set up the move. He told me to text the addresses to him. I also sent pictures of my stuff. I find out the night before the move that I was texting the "wrong" number. So I sent the addresses and pictures to the "new" number. The movers showed up (late) and were surprised by how much stuff they had to move. What was supposed to take one day turned into 2 days because they did not bring any boxes with them. I had to reschedule my closing time to accommodate my poor choice in a moving company. Stay away!!!

Update 10.26.2023 - Still waiting.........Update 3.29.22 - Still have a damaged refrigerator that has not been repaired.....Still waiting to hear from your legal team.....Still waiting for someone to contact us about this review and the damage you assured us would be taken care of by you.....Still waiting.Update 7.18.2021 - Still have a damaged refrigerator that has not been repaired.....Still waiting to hear from your legal team.....Still waiting for someone to contact us about this review and the damage you assured us would be taken care of by you.....Still waiting.Update 6.9.2020 - I noticed you said you were sending a review on here to your legal team. Could you please send our review to your legal team also and have them contact us. You still have not paid for the damage to our property after saying you would and admitting fault.*****Notice all of their good reviews are by names with less than 10 reviews, many have 1 and 2 reviews. Use at your own risk.*****We used AAA Movers about 5 months ago for a move from Huntsville, Texas to Willis, Texas. During our move they damaged our floor of the house we were moving from, they damage our son's bed by putting a hole in one of the built-in drawers, they also damaged our refrigerator by denting the front door and severly scratching one of the handles that they removed.Once the move was complete they discounted the cost of repairing the bed that day and told us that they would contact us to take care of the damages to the refrigerator. We decided not to pursue the damage to the floor as we were trying to be fair and just wanted to be done with our move.We did not hear back from them for a week and we called them. We spoke with the owner who stated he would have someone come out to take pictures of the fridge. One of the guys who did the move for us came out and took pictures of the fridge and assured us they would take care of the damage.Once again we did not hear from them and we called back in a week. We were told that the parts had to be ordered and that they would do so.Over the next five months we have spoke to the owner approximately 10 times and asked him the status of the refrigerator. We have even asked if he has insurance which he states he does but does not want to give us the information because he says he will take care of the refrigerator damage. Each time we spoke with him there is always a reason of why the damage has not been taken care of or we have not been compensated for it. The parts are being ordered, the parts are taking longer to get than they thought, the parts are on the way. Each time we have spoke with them we have had to call them, they never contact us. It has been over a month now with no contact from them and frankly we are tired of calling all the time without any resolution. We would just like our refrigerator to be repaired or to be compensated for the damage. Neither of those have been done and that is why I feel I have no other option but to post a review to see if we can get a resolution to this or to at least save others from having the same problem.

The movers were professional, helpful, and efficient. My belongings got from my old place to my new place (roughly 30 miles away) without any problems. They were up front and clear about the costs, the start and stop times, and how payment would work. If the movers had any concerns or questions, they made sure to ask me if I had any preferences, and offered suggestions to help me make my decision. I highly recommend them.In the name of transparency, I will mention two, very minor issues I had. First, it took several calls and urging from me to get confirmation of my move and the associated costs sent in writing. Second, the movers showed up 30-40 minutes late, but did call ahead to let me know that they were running late.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use these people! I set up a move a month ago; everything was set. I had not received any communication from them recently, so I decided to call and confirm my move. The first time I called, no one answered the phone and the mailbox was full. I called again the next day and the young lady told me she would get back to me. It took 5 hours to hear back, and then she gave me some story about some of their drivers leaving for another company and they wouldn't be able to move me! A week out from my move!!! If I hadn't called them, I would be be sitting here waiting for them to show up!!! The most unprofessional bunch of people I have EVER encountered!!! I was able to find another mover at a MUCH LOWER PRICE!!! Again, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER!!

I have used AAA twice for my moving needs. The most recent time was a much larger job than before. The team at AAA were quick, responsive and professional. They made the move stress free for myself and my family. I highly recommend this company! They are Five Stars in my book.

Where should I begin?? The only positive thing that occurred is they arrived on-time to the "load site". I was quoted an "all-in" price for 5 hours. When they arrived to the "un-load site", only ONE truck arrived (there were supposed to be TWO.) When asked where the other truck was, I was told "I don't know, he won't answer his phone..." that didn't sit well with me nor were they that concerned with his whereabouts. I had to send my dad to look for the other truck since they weren't doing anything about it-you know because it contained ALL of our belongings. Coincidentally, the second truck FINALLY showed up as soon as they finished unloading the first truck (AN HOUR LATER AFTER THE ARRIVAL OF THE FIRST TRUCK). When they asked where he had been and what route did he take, he told them "I took 45..." (Note: it's exactly 25.5 miles between the two loading/unloading locations, and 45 was not shut down this day.) As they unloaded the second truck, you could see in the truck that all of our items/boxes were just "tossed" in there or up to the top with no rhyme or reason as to to how anything was placed. We had items broken (we were told WE wouldn't have to pay for that???) no apology provided-nothing. After they finished and went to write up the bill, they STILL tried to charge me for 5 1/2 hours (remember the second truck was ONE HOUR LATE), I had to argue with the "main" guy and tell him I was not going to pay for your guy being late. Now, remember I was quoted a price for 5 HOURS & ALL IN, he then tried to charge me a fuel charge. He was so kind to only deduct 30 minutes, and half of the fuel charge (insert major sarcasm here). Had I not been so exhausted for the day and ready to go eat, along with the other people there who were helping with the move- I would have argued with him more to come down on the price. During all of this, he supposedly had called the owner who was supposedly on his way...he never showed. Not to mention, he had a horrible attitude the whole time. Later on I found out from my brother, that this company was the same company he had hired to move our parents two years ago, and they did such a great job (SARCASM again) that they didn't show up with their belongings until MIDNIGHT (like 6-8 hours later after loading) and literally had tossed things into the storage building, disregarded anything that said "FRAGILE"/ "NOTHING ON TOP" / "NOTHING HEAVY ON TOP", furniture was just placed in there to be messed up due to the weight being placed on it or how its was sitting in the storage building, AND they broke and dropped boxes then too, and again with NO apology or regard for anything. I went with this company because they were cheaper but also because they were located in the same zip as the unloading destination-my thoughts were this would be easier to do. I WAS WRONG. I would have rather paid one of their competitors $130-$249/hr + a $260 one-time trip charge than to ever have to have these guys move my stuff again. I would highly suggest that you DO NOT hire these guys, ever! Especially if you care about your belongings. Now, if you don't care about your belongings, or you have an evil ex and you need to send their stuff to them and you don' t care about your ex's stuff, then by all means hire these guys, because they don't care either AND it will be cheap too.

In response to the Owner's response to my review...I was told by YOUR employee that he had contacted you, maybe you should have a talk with YOUR employees. Regardless, YOUR employee was an HOUR LATE delivering our belongings and had to excuse or an apology as to how or why he was late! I was also told by YOUR employee that YOU were on your way, given what had occurred. It was YOUR employees who had ZERO care for our belongings. Furthermore, it was YOUR employees who my brother hired to move my parents two years ago, and they some how "got lost" from "point A to point B" and it was midnight when they arrived-after being instructed they were hired to do a job and needed to complete said job. Not to mention YOUR employees were recognized by my family as the EXACT same ones who from two years ago. Again, still NO apology for our belongings getting broken or the second truck arriving an hour later.
