Is this place 24 hours or not? Every single time I try to go in between 12am and 6am there's a sign on the door that says Be Back in 30 Mins, and the guy playing on his phone IF you can get his attention by annoying him enough, says "30 mins."
Funny, I learned that trick working in retail. We used "Be Back in 5" because we were probably using the restroom. but it was great, cause you could technically be gone for up to 10 before anyone got mad waiting 5 minutes.
But 30, whew. That's a long time for your "registers to be down while the system updates" at night in the middle of a guy's shift. Don't y'all close out registers and settle up batches BETWEEN shifts? And, doesn't that take, like... all of 7 seconds?
Or does the 7-11 Mainframe have to power down random times of night for 30 minutes while scientists change out the magnetic tape drives and loads the punch cards and programs in the employee id and balances out the change drawer?
Maybe he could bother to fill orders for the 7-11 app if he's going to lock out your customers, but no. he won't even communicate if he can't ignore. just shakes his head no like some kind of General Manager.
So, i'm assuming that i'm complaining about 7-11 store policy and that the employee is just doing good customer service work as i'm sure this sounds familiar enough, he's just doing as instructed and trained to do.
Print "Be Back in 30 Minutes" real big on a piece of paper everyday and tape it to the door and lock it. and sit at the counter and stare into your hands. don't look up until they start tapping on the glass real loud with their key. look irritated. shake your head no. shrug, gesture at the computers and shake your head no. how much longer will they have to wait? 30 mins.
after ten minutes or so they'll wander off. i'd think ringing up a pack of smokes would be the easiest job in the world, but nope, got ourselves a challenge.
Boss makes me Lock up for 30 minutes a night. randomly, and send customers away. Sucks your boss wants his store run like that, it doesn't reflect well on the employee stuck in that situation.
1 star for how your General Manager runs the night shift.

Disgusting!! Very disappointing when it was a Stripes it was Awesome. Now that it is a 7-11 they have destroyed it! They have had many issues with there pumps, the bathrooms area disgusting and many are out of order! It is so awful on this place I would never even buy beer, soda or snacks and the kitchen area looks like a science project.

The very big fat african person there is belligerent with the drivers refusing to full-fill the online orders. This 7-eleven used to be a nice place to shop.

This was the 1/31/2024 they were charging$2.89 @ the pump but we're advertising the lowest price in the area at $2.59. That's just not right!!!

This was the most ridiculous moment I have ever seen at a 7-Eleven. Clerk overcharged me by 6 bucks on one item when I got my cc receipt. He admitted he made a mistake but he would not correct it. He told me it was my fault!!! He said he could not help. I asked for his manager and he said no. He said nothing can be done. It looks like he is doing this on purpose to make tips. He absolutely refused to correct it.Tried calling them during Monday daylight hours to report to a manager, but they do not answer the phone, no voice mail set up.

The first 7-11 that I have ever been charged for cheese on my hotdog for starters. Secondly, no condiments like pico or jalapeños or Anything, except mustard/ketchup etc.. It was after 10:00am little to nothing out for food like the hotdogs. I’m guessing they just don’t have enough business…..Until the population grows, I won’t be coming back here.

I work on the road so I live out of 7-elevens. This place here is a dump!!! I will be calling g the corporate office to let them know that they are getting g a bad name from this store. Either shut it down or re-staff. I stopped here today for gas , cigarettes and lunch. Almost all pumps are out of order. I got behind another vehicle to wait for their pump. Went inside to pay and get lunch. No food at all!!!! Nothing on the roller/grillers. Nothing being cooked at the Laredo Taco. And nothing in the hot food display case. I will never come here again. I'm going to Cirlce-K. Now they know how to run a convince store.

This is the most vile gas station I have ever been to. The urinals weren't flushing, and there was just nothing clean in the place. Do not go here.

Disgusting store! Mold in drain at slushie and fountain drink station. Restrooms stink, never have anything in stick. Several gas pumps put of order ALWAYS!Deli items that are supposed to be made fresh are EXPIRED. A Fruit cup caused my girlfriend and I to get food poisoning! Sick for 2days.Ashley is the WORST STORE MANAGER....SHE KILLED THIS STORE!!!

Being from Maryland I was so excited that 711 is finally here in Texas! Much to my dismay, the coffee bar is never stocked and the slurpee machines are always out of order! I hope they get it together soon!!

Went in about 20 minutes before lunchNo lunch no really I asked if they were still bringing out food they say no this is it they still had breakfast i’m not sure if it was rice or mashed potatoes when I ask for Charro beans they had no clue what I was talking about
