“It's time I have put in a review for this company that I have used for YEARS. They have wonderful things for my model train hobby. But it is their customer service that is beyond anyone else. They are always ready to talk to me when I call with a question or an order. If I have an issue, they work with me on it. I've never been disappointed. There are so few model train companies these days and some (who know there are not many in town and are just greedy) are just not worth dealing with. We are grateful every day for AJC Kids.”

Toni, I appreciate the help, hard work, and your time for helping me.Today, I had to go back to the mall and exchange my bars. I felt so bad walking into the store and seeing Toni face because of all the hard work she did to help me find some bars that would work, unfortunately none of the bars worked for me. Toni, Brooklynn, and Amber gave there awesome customer service again and I left the store with three pairs of jeans that I was very pleased with. These ladies made me feel like I had three sisters to hangout with. The laughter and conversation was endless, I am truly grateful for these women for being who they are inside and out. “Those Two Julies Resale is my little piece of shopping heaven! From the moment you enter the boutique you are surrounded with a welcome. You can take your time to browse rack after rack of lovely items (some new with tags) and each item has been inspected to be of quality and style. Designer purses, shoes and jewelry to polish off your new outfit are staged to perfection. Those Two Julies is a treat to the senses and to your wallet.”
“I love coming here it’s a small store (a plus). And the ladies in there will actually give you an honest opinion on how something looks on you before you buy it. Since I usually shop alone this is a big help; just because I like a certain outfit doesn’t mean it’s flattering on me. If they’re out of your size they can order it and always offer. It’s one of my favorite stores due to great service.”

When I was looking for an item they didn't have yet I was informed to check on Facebook and that they would post on there when the item came in. I hate seeing all the stores closing in this mall. If this one closes without relocating nearby I will be truly heartbroken ?

“I'm in here quite a bit and I've never had a bad experience.....well if you don't count spending money as a bad experience...? But on the real, great staff, very polite and helpful. Pretty good products too except for certain brands of boots they like to fall apart at the seams when under a little pressure......? J/k, I actually weigh 250 AND work outdoors year round so that's more my fault ? if you're in the area hit em up, they got got just what you need!!! Tell em BJ sent you, they might give you a discount..... probably not though because they have no idea who I am.
P.s. excuse the picture of the boot, it's almost two years old. I'm on my way to a friend's place to get the seam repaired right now, they'll probably last another 2 years that's probably why I'm always in there!!!!”
“I wanted to see where the gorgeous boots I purchased online were from. I looked for a very long time every day for a bright hot pink Betsy Johnson pair of combat boots. It seemed too good to be true but it was true! Everyone was super helpful and my dream boots arrived shortly after ordering. Thanks to all the great staff who helped me!”
“I recently went to Jcpenney Salon for a cut & color. I was treated very well by the manager, Suzanna. I was very impressed with her customer service & she did a fantastic job on my hair. I will definitely go back & tell all my friends & associates, to book with her & her wonderful staff. Everyone was so nice & genuine. You don't really see that a lot these days with people who work in customer service.
