TL;DR original customer service poor. Update: somehow they messed up a simple oil change in two separate waysEdit: was 2/5 stars, going to downgrade to 1/5. Went to change my oil after they had done it 5k miles ago. First I found that the skid plate covering my oil drain was never tightened. On the other hand, the oil filter had been tightened to the point that I had to drive a screwdriver through it to remove it. Please, go anywhere elseCalled ahead to ask how long it would be for just an oil change, was told there would be one car ahead of me. Ended up being over 90 minutes before car went back despite being told "it will be any minute" when I asked at the hour mark. The work was fine, but when I checked out, he told me to make an appointment next time but "it wouldn't have helped today". He was not at all apologetic that the "one car" ahead turned into a 2+ hour endeavor to get oil changed. Will not be going back and I recommend the same for anyone who can help it

dropped car off for service 8 a.m. called at 4:15 pm and they never moved it from the spot I parked it. they said they were too busy to get to it. never called me to notify me. won't go to them for anything.

I would give them a 0 but not an option. I took my truck in to have LCD screen fixed. I had an appointment so figured it would be a quick turnaround. Boy was I wrong! All they did was replace the LCD screen and reprogram it. The screen was placed on order a week after my initial appointment. There is so much going on here, I don't even know where to start. I NEVER received a call from them. I called EVERY day for almost 2 weeks and I got the run around. Finally, I was tired of the non-sence and went up there! The gentleman who was responsible for my truck, doesn't work full time and is on vacation now. The guy I talked to the last time I called, told me it was done first thing in the morning which means it was done the day before! Again, NO ONE CALLED ME!! So disappointed with the fact they didn't care about how this put me and my family out or the lost work hours. Very inconsiderate of wasting your time and very slow at getting things fixed. Avoid giving them your business if you can and if you have to use them be prepared to WAIT! Hope this review helps others!!

Our car is covered under warranty .... And because they don't have anyone qualified to perform the free service they want you at your cost to have it towed to the next town. Horrible business practices in the service department

Traveling from FL to WA pulling a 36' trailer and '22 F350 not recognizing trailer to activate trailer brakes. Josh was helpful over the phone and even more so when we got into the lot. Back on the road after trouble shooting and heading back to West Coast. Thanks Josh and team for helping on a short notice and making sure we were safe to drive!

My engine was overheating on a road trip and I stopped in while they were closing and the customer service was amazing. The mechanics are not only efficient but so helpful. So kind of them to stay after closing to give the best advice they could for my car.

I have had my truck since 2006 when it was new ! I have a set of keys that are not programed. Therefore I was told it would be $75+ to program my spare key and $65 + to set my alarm system pad. Need to say I was not happy.

I called The Ford House for an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I wanted the tires rotated, the windshield fluid lines checked and a rattle inside. When I called for the appointment, I was told they could not get me in for 2 weeks. Took my vehicle in on the appointed day and time. Was told by Josh that it would be looked at and he would give me call and to let me know the cost. I didn't hear from him that day or the next. I called late afternoon the following day and was told he didn't know what was going on with it and he would call me back. He didn't. I had to call again. I informed Josh I needed my vehicle back and he said to go ahead and come get it and we would talk further. Picked my vehicle up but Josh was not there to talk with. So disappointed with the lack of consideration from a local dealer and their staff. Will not recommend them to anyone.

We really appreciated how Josh took care of everything for us. Even though it took a while for the parts to come in, no thanks to Covid, he always kept us appraised of when they would arrive. Once they did they quickly fixed the problem. The Ford House is lucky to have him and his staff.

**** Follow-up to this review**** A few days after I left this initial review, I was contacted by the General Manager. He worked with me and made good on taking care of the sensors involved. I appreciate their willingness to do the right thing. I only wish this had been the initial reaction instead. I would be willing to work with this dealership in the future, but I would certainly be more diligent with ensuring everything was handled appropriately the 1st time.
