I have been a credit union member since 1980...I think...or at the very least, a very long time lol. I have always found their team to be kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful whether I spoke with them on the phone, saw them at their office, or even at the annual picnic. They always make me feel like I am part of a family rather than someone who just does business with them. Thank you Wichita Falls Federal Credit Union! What a great group you are!!

I joined the WFFEDCU in 1988 when I became a city employee. They have watched and helped my family grow and given me some financial stability. I would encourage all employees to have some type of account with us. Whether an savings, checking, kids account, etc. I say ’with us’ because this is truly a member operation.
