This pharmacy left my refrigerated medication out of the refrigerator for several days before I picked it up and found it was left on the shelf instead of kept in the fridge. The pharmacist simply argued it was fine. I have filed a formal complaint against the pharmacy with the corporate office.

Tony is the best Pharmacist I have ever had! Such a nice guy and always so helpful! I really appreciate him a lot.All that work there are extremely nice and good workers. I can’t remember all names, but they are all wonderful. I appreciate them all.

This pharmacy is absolute trash. I have never been so frustrated in my entire life. I went to pick up a prescription, which should have only taken 5 minutes. I had gotten a notification my prescription was ready for pick up three days earlier. I show up and the employee said my prescription was not ready. I said I can wait. His coworker starts filling the prescription. He asks for my insurance card. I said it should be on file, I was here two weeks ago. He stated I have been paying upfront/cash for all my prescriptions. I am now heated. I asked why haven't they used my insurance. He stated they had no insurance on file. I started questioning him, why did they not ask for my insurance the previous times if it was not on file. They just assumed I had no insurance. Then I show them my insurance card. They question the name on my insurance card, asking "Who's *insert name here*?" I said, it's me. The pharmacy has me in their system with my middle name as my first name. I had told them to correct that two weeks ago when I was there. Obviously, it did not get done. Anyways, 20 minutes later. I have my prescription. I asked the employee, who now has my insurance card, if he changed my name in their system to the correct order and he said "No, but I can" to which I stated "Don't bother cause I will not be returning." I rather drive further and spend more money elsewhere, than return to this pharmacy. Please realize this is a very dangerous practice. This pharmacy could accidentally give someone the wrong medication because they do not care to document their patients' names correctly, nor ID them for that matter. I picked up pain killers and was not once asked for ID. Please beware that you are picking up the right medications if you choose to come here.

LOVE this pharmacy and all of the people that work in it are always so helpful!! Even going in at 5pm they are still so willing to help and Tony, the pharmacist always has a smile on his face. He runs a great operation and the techs are trained very well!

Hung up on 6 times before someone actually answered the phone. Was laughed at when I mentioned it. Prescription wasn't ready after three days! Absolutely worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Sad thing is I am retired from Wal-Mart after 25 years of service. My career started in this store and I'm embarrassed by the lack of customer service. Time for this store and pharmacy to go back to the Three Basic Beliefs.....bet no one there can name them..
