This pharmacy has consistently caused nothing but issues for my wife and I. It seems that every person in there has their own way that the pharmacy should be operated instead of just doing their due diligence and making it a good customer service experience. I've never had a worse experience with a pharmacy than with this one. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any amount of money. It's by far has the worst staff and customer service a pharmacy could have. They're very inconsistent and rude. Stay away.!!

We have had several issues with this Walgreens pharmacy in particular. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but it is unacceptable . Most recent experience waited five hours for results on a flu test that we were told would be ready in less than an hour. My son therefore had to wait to get his prescription until the next day. I called that evening and was told they received the script but were out of the med. Should be in stock next day. I called back the next day to be told they never received the prescription. Confirmed with the doctor that the script was sent in. All in all very unprofessional and one of many experiences proving that this particular pharmacy doesn't put any effort into having what it needs to perform and deliver on even basic customer expectations. Officially fired.

on my most recent visit to walgreens was for the pharmacy.after my doctors appointment I went to pick up my prescriptions and they had them for over an hour.we thought for sure they would be ready by now so we pulled up to the teller window and asked for the prescriptions my doctor had ordered and at first they couldn't find them and when they did two of them had been sent to another pharmacy out of state and they would have to be shipped In and then made ready for me to pick up.i was not sure what to do but the staff managed to get all but one ready and the final order would come ro my home because of the size and nature of the script. they also managed to work with my secondary insurance company and get them all at no cost to me it did take them a little while longer but it was worth it to get 4 out of 5 of them that day and at no cost to me so I give them a 4 out of 5

I love this Walgreens on 9th Street they have been nothing but professional and courteous... Even when they're super busy they take the time to explain things.. I will continue to use this Walgreens as long as I live in Wichita Falls.

The staff here are always amazing and the pharmacy is normally pretty fast at getting you in and out. All in all one of the better Walgreens I have been to across the state

My family and many friends have used Walgreens for a long time. Covid prevention is there. Ask any REAL pharmacist how" not "to get covid. Some know more than physicians do. Pharmacists focus on one thing. Medications and what they do inside your body. As a highly trained and skilled former Nurse, I do recommend the best grade mask and TAO and the injections that don't hurt . Better to prevent sickness than to risk death. Please do it for others if not for your own sake

Quality of service fell down so low it can't be found. Employees couldn't care less. It looks like we are begging for a favor. The refill service over the phone does not connect with the pharmacy and they have no response when you question why having a service that does not work. Disappointing.

Absolute worst pharmacy in the City. They could screw up a wet dream. Lawrence road wal mart pharmacy is 5 stars compares to this dump. Pharmacist will threaten you if you question the GoodRX price.

It's hit and miss with this place. At times service is professional and polite; other times it just flat out sucks. It is proximal to the main hospital but also proximal to some sketchy characters. So overall, roll the dice and good luck!

They're in find form today. 45 minutes to an hour for prescription pickups at the counter. Only one cashier dying both new prescriptions and pickups. The drive is 6 deep and moving faster than indoor. IMHO this crew is disfucntional they are waiting for shift change most likely
