Trying to talk through thick glass and not being able to see worker or her face. She was short with me and didn't offer any solutions or ideas to get my medicine. I have bipolar disorder and cannot skip my meds even for a week. My meds were due on the 5th. I got email today they won't be ready till 10th. I am having to play go between. I am doing their job.

Just came in to pick up my prescription. Wow did I say something that made you mad? Very rude, paid and she shoved my bag at me at walked away. No thanks no eye contact nothing. I ask "are we done ". I wasn't sure. Didn't even get a response.

Consistently disappointing. Have kept my prescriptions with them for 3 years due to location, but every visit has brought problems. I’ve been notified that my meds are ready and when pickup time comes, they don’t have them and tell me to come back. Long wait times, hit-and-miss notifications on their phone system. I’m going to transfer my scripts to CVS down the road.

We are customers here because the location is convenient. The general merchandise and retail pharmacy areas are both usually plagued with out of stocks and un-replenished shelves and end caps.

The cashier was rude. The cashier was more worried about his I watch then he was helping cash me out._. He pushed my bag on me before I was able to do my card payment to type on the iPhone. RUDE!!!!!

Took them 30 mins to help 3 people at the pharmacy and then another 30 minutes to fill my prescription. I don't got all day people

Terrible service, rude and condescending pharmacist, longest lines ever. If I’m going to wait that long in line, I better see Taylor Swift on stage at the end.

Run, don't walk away from this place. Seriously you'll have obscenely long waits only to encounter numerous errors. After giving me the wrong medicine, I called and spoke with the pharmacist who was very rude, condescending and wouldn't let me speak. I was astonished with how unwilling to help and unwilling to listen he was. So because I took it home he wont take it back and my insurance won't pay for it again until a month passes. I had already moved my family to a different pharmacy because this one is so terrible but now I am definitely done too..... with ALL Walgreens.

Racial Profiling ... I walk in the store with my mini backpack that I use as a purse to buy something for my grandma really quick. Once I walked in the store and start looking for an items I hear an employee say you need to leave your bag? I said what!?!? This is my purse and you want me to give it to you? He said its policy. I asked since when? I was the only black person in the store. They said put it behind their counter. I was upset cause there was No written policy that I could see anywhere. As I went to get the item for my grandma I noticed two other white women with purses in the store. A Hispanic women hit the corner and heard me say " return my purse to me and looked at me in shock and looked down at her bag. I will NEVER purchase another item at Walgreens due to this treatment. I am disgusted and disappointed. Everyone in the store knew I was being singled out because they assumed I would steal something. I am a military veteran stopping in to help my grandma and never had anyone treat me this way. Do not shop here !!!!!!!
