Bought Apple Watch ultras for my kids. Having trouble getting one of them to work correctly. Mind you I bought them at Verizon. I was told they could not help me I would have to go to the Mac store and pay them to help me. Never use this company. Why would I pay you over 1000 dollars per watch. If you are unwilling to help me with the product you sold me.

I went in because my phone was not recognizing the Sim card. From the beginning I got that I don't care vibe and ultimately they didn't do anything. I just had a feeling the verizon employee did not care and instead went to the verizon store in the mall. Walked out of the Sikes center Verizon with a working phone. If you need it done, don't waste your time here just go to the mall store.

Went in the store to change my plan and remove a line off my bill. Adam was my service representative and he is the greatest!!! Very friendly, explained everything to me on how the removal would work and any other questions I had. Can't thank him enough for his helping me! Thanks Adam!!!

I have had my Son as well as my cell phones from Verizon for around 4 years now. We had cell phones from another large phone company and the service with them was horrible. We have enjoyed great cell phone service as well as great customer service from Verizon and we are counting on many more years with Verizon. I highly recommend Verizon. Thank you Verizon!

I would give 0 stars if that's possible because the service you get at the store doesn't deserve a star. The Situation is that I signed up at Verizon for a monthly contract they told me we are gonna charge you 35$ a month and I was like yeah that's kinda a lot but I mean I need it so I was like yeah. Then me finding out couple months later that they have been charging me 65$ the whole time. Now that Im leaving the country I want to cancel my subscription which they told me I can do monthly so I called there and then this women told me yeah there would be a early cancellation fee 350$ or you wait 2 more months because you can only cancel every 6 months and I was super annoyed but it's clearly not her fault it's the fault of the Staff member of Verizon in Wichita Falls because they didn't give me any Information like that. So do yourself a favor don't go to Verizon and don't even talk with the uneducated staff members of Verizon in Wichita Falls

Audra Kennedy was an amazing rep to work with. She went above and beyond to help our family make a LOT of account changes including adding new devices, upgrading old devices, modifying plans and dealing with the corporate customer service on our behalf. Making changes to my account has ALWAYS been a stress point and I cannot thank Audra enough for handling it professionally, quickly, and with smooth communication. And even after the transaction portion was complete, she still made herself available for follow up questions.

This location and the employees here are deceitful, conniving, disrespectful, and ultimately need to take some major classes on hospitality. Ultimately, any branch is a reflection of its own management which leads me to believe that the people training these people also need some major classes on hospitality. The sales reps here are blatant liars, sell products that don’t work, gaslight their customers, and so on. I would highly discourage anyone from making a purchase from this location. In fact, my last visit here the employee told me to “just buy a phone somewhere else.” If the owner of this location knew of this information, I’m sure he would be very alarmed. Altogether, after this situation and discussing it with other residents, it’s apparent that this has happened numerous times at this same location. It’s a total nightmare and you will not be left better than you came.
