FALSE ADVERTISING, HUSTERS, LIERS. Don't believe anything from Affinity Cellular in Wichita Falls TX. Affinity asked me to try them for a "free" 30 day trial. Free texts, free calls, free internet, free hot spot, free data, free sim card, free install. Affinity said keep my service they sent a sim card to try for free. Affinity said they were the only phone service that had unlimited hot spot with unlimited data. (Lie) Affinity said they are the only service that does not throttle hot spot.(lie) Affinty said my phone was compatible with their service. (Lie) After a week and a half trying their service part time I cancelled as Affinity tech support could not get the hot spot to work so I cancelled 2 and a half weeks earily on my 30 day "free trial. (Lie) A couple weeks later supervisor Nathan called to apologize and tell me everything I was told, based my decision on. Was all misformation. Free trial, my phone is not compatable to use with Affinity, hot spot throttle, billing. All of it misformation. LIES. 3 weeks later I get a bill for $25.00. Supervisor Nathan called because I combined to BBB to threatened me. Told me I was a theif for the limited texts and calls I made trying out their free 30 day trial admitting I was mislead by their misformation. This ia a compete scam to steal money from honest people basing their decisions on the lies they are told.

Imagine my surprise when I went to US Cellular to upgrade my phone and ended up walking out due to a rude sales person. I've been with US Cellular more than 20 years and have always been treated very well. The rep today began telling me about my "points". When I asked him what that meant, he said I am on a "basic" plan. I said "basic"? And he sneered "I'm just telling you what it says here. You have $300 toward a new phone". All the advertising says free phone for everyone. Every phone.. His tone was so rude that I simply got up and walked out. I was going to get a phone. I was excited. No free phone and very bad customer service.

Sold me a phone with ""5G"" but every time I'm on the 5g network , my internet barely even works. And what's worse is I can't shut it off, so I'm stuck with a brick half of the time. Shouldn't advertise 5g capabilities if it doesn't even work .

My husband and I went in, after a bad experience with Spectrum, and they were ALL about customer service when you stepped through the door! Im so tech stupid it's embarrassing and they set us up with THE perfect associate. Her name is Joie, yes pronounced "Joey". We got more than we thought we could afford and she even helped me set up my email. Turns out that wasn't easy but she wouldn't give up! Trust me. Go to the store and see her and you'll know exactly why this comment is so long and why I gave them, and her, 5 stars! Thanks Joie!

I just signed up through this store and was completely lied to about the cost of the monthly bill. Only reason I switched was because the price was comparable to my last provider and the rep ensured me of my new price. Was he was wrong by $50 more a month to be exact. How is this good business?

Needed a new phone an met one the friendliest representative. Her name is Joie, this young lady is very out going. Come is an ask for her for a seem less transfer of info from one phone to another. I did like everything until I got the price of everything but I was happy with the service.

Friendly faces, but that’s about it. Go to Lawton for your services. Called customer service and received information before I drove to Wichita Falls. WF basically said customer service was lying and would not give me the promotion. I called Lawton and received exactly what customer service said
