Last week I was in the store with my first amazon return, amazon did not send a return label, but a bar code. The VERY helpful YOUNG man said amazon is bad about this, wait 5 days to see if they email you a return label, if not come back & i will help you call amazon to get return label. I was extremely appreciative because I really didn't know what I was doing. A week has passed, I return & young man is not there. Young lady says "we can't do that, you have to call amazon yourself", I told her what the young man said & asked for her help, she said "we can't do that". Mind you, there is not one customer in the store, the two employees are doing absolutely nothing. So she just walks away. I ask the bald man who has been listening to everything "so would you help me? I'm old, not techy & have never done this before?", he says "your not old, my mom is 80 & she can do it". ZERO customer service. ZERO help. I'm extremely unhappy to be treated this way!

It's the worst place ever! They are rude every time I come into the store. They get mad because they have to do their job! LAZY! Fed Ex is better!!!!!! You all suck!

I went to the store on Kemp. I entered the store to ask for a cart to retrieve a 47 lb box of books from my trunk. Spencer immediately retrieved the box for me and with proficiency handled the posting and the labeling. Then he circled the tracking number on my ticket. He was pleasant, courteous, efficient, and a real asset to your company. I look forward to doing business there as the need arises in the future.Elaine

Called and asked if they had a notary. “Yes we do.” Arrived and the store was empty, not one customer. I asked the lady if she was the notary and she said yes but she quits notarizing at 3. Could have said that on the phone 30 minutes ago, or could have notarized my paper since there was not a single person in the store.

A big shout out to the employees working at the UPS store on Kemp. I go in there on almost a daily basis during my lunch hour with returns and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. There can be some long lines in there, but they knock them out quickly!!Thanks!!!

Went to get a couple of pages for escrow notarized. They told me they fired the notary and they do not have it anymore. Never again

Every time I come to the store they disappoint!! They refuse to let me email them my shipping label so they can print it and put it on my package they have no options to print labels at the store every UPS store I've ever been to provides this device they are also very rude and unhelpful I'm never coming here again corporate needs to come visit this place

I just left there with a fairly large box. The man working there measured it and greatly exaggerated the measurements he told to the lady and then after he thought about a few seconds he had her change the width even more. She then enters the information and quotes me $267.51 I couldn't believe it and said Thanks, but No Thanks. I left and went a block down the street. The lady there measured it and weighed it. She used actual measurements and came up with $136.81. I said Thank You, let's do this. She said it will be there Friday. This is Tuesday afternoon. I'll go to Fed Ex first next time.
