The best employees! They welcome everyone into the store and assist customers in finding what they're looking for... they communicate well with customers and each other. And they carry all the best brands! I had a problem with a pair of Oofos that I bought a month earlier and Kendall took care of me in minutes. I do almost all of my shopping online but I'll continue to go into Tradehome Shoes in Wichita Falls b/c they provide old-school customer service making for a good experience. I'm thankful we have them here locally!

Went to buy some shoes for my daughter’s bday a few weeks ago and was extremely happy with the customer service. Joe was absolutely wonderful. Will be returning.

Very knowledgeable staff. Was not sure what I wanted. I went there to look at Hokas. After trying several pairs I left with the Hoka Kawana 2 shoes. Thanks for the help. I will for sure go back.

We came in tonight hands down 10 stars ? all because Austin made it well worth our visit. He is very educated about foot wear and insoles. He needs a promotion or to have his own store. We left with oc, socks, these amazing slides that feel so amazing. Go see Austin he will you get fixed right on up.

Today, I went into the mall to exchange some bars that I bought in Torrid. I have to give a shout out to Amber because she told me about these awesome OOFOS she was adamant, so I went into Tradehome and the rest was history! Thank you, Joshue for having outstanding customer service. I had a blast with you, you made my day and I appreciate that, so keep up the good work!

I've been in here multiple times looking for running shoes. Every experience starts with them complimenting some article of clothing and saying they like it followed by them asking my shoe size rather than my run profile or what I'm wearing them for. The shoe selection is great but the group of Chads they have working here is really annoying and none of them look like they run or workout. Honestly they only know shoe size and color ? place is a joke

Today I went on a wild goose hunt for a pair of women's wide shoes. After being turned away empty handed at 4 other places I had little hope when I arrived here. Actually I had a great experience at tradehome shoes. The gentleman measured both my feet and asked about comfort and style. He disappeared into the back and returned holding 4 boxes. We started with the narrowest wides and worked our way up. It was first class service where they got down on their knees and helped put my feet in the shoes!! They unlaced and relaced them to be a perfect fit. We tried on some sole inserts which I didn't get because they made the shoe a little too tight in one spot. Troy came over and helped educate me on the style and design for the shoe I was liking best. These guys took in all my foot issues and still found me a pair a of shoes that I ended up walking out of the store wearing! I went on a few 9ther errands before going home and talking these shoes off but honestly I didn't have any "break in" pain! I know I'll need to break them in but it seems like they won't hurt while I do it. Also my last pair of shoes cost less than half what these cost so let's see if they last as long (10 months). All in all I will be back just because of the level of service I received today. Thanks guys!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! STAY AWAY!! Watched manager in WF store berate an elderly woman buying shoes and be extremely rude to other customers. Keep your shoes Tradehome! I will take my business elsewhere. Disgusting.
