As many of us, I have banked most places at one time or another, Chase, Wells Fargo, American National and others. I have yet to be treated like a "person" vs "customer." I have been with FSNB for several years and plan to stay until I no longer need a bank. From Christine, Heather, and Carla, to Emmi, and Angela, you will not find a better, more understanding, and considerate group of people at any business, let alone a bank. Not only is the banking end of FSNB a better deal than the big ones, theses Ladies actually CARE about you. They want to know how your days going, and not afraid to ask how they can make it even a little better. They are never rude, or make you feel like they're doing YOU the favor of waiting on you like so many other places, and it is different being talked to like your a lifelong friend vs just another, "customer." I name names because without this fine group of Ladies who run this bank locally, your not going to find a better banking experience, a better customer service interaction, nor a more pleasant visit, despite your reason for coming, irregardless whether you have Christine, Carla, Heather, Emmi, or Angela, taking care of your needs. So tell your bank to "stick it" and switch to FSNB on Kemp in Wichita Falls, Texas. The parent company needs to give them all raises, a extra paid vacation, and at least a new car for all they do for them, their reputation, and their patrons, (Are you listening FSNB???) I know for a fact, you'll be grateful to me you did, and wonder why so many others aren't aware of the 'Best Bank in Town..."
