Got a set of tired installed on my girls car and be the last soon as I drove off my tire started to go flat and the decided to charge me for a valve stem that they're tire tech damage and before I even got new tires for her car the valve stem wasn't bad or leaking before tell they put the tires on will not recommend them or even be going back to either shop at all

Great service! I normally don’t do reviews, but they were just so awesome. I went in for a flat tire, and was out in less than 5 minutes! It was super convenient because I had a pretty busy day! Would definitely recommend!

Traveling and found this place. Plugged my tire in less than 10 mins on a Sunday and didn’t even charge us. Amazing. Highly recommend! Tried to call on our way and got voicemail so don’t let that deter you! Excellent service!!

Don’t recommend this place. Had a level and tires installed. They left my front sway bar link loose and over torqued my lug nuts.

everyone i spoke to & that worked on my car were very friendly! they took care of everything that was wrong with my car in a timely manner! very professional! i definitely recommend this place!

I had something in my tire. I had to wait a little bit but while I waited they kept checking on me just made the experience so much better never been to Texas Tire before but because of this crew I definitely will. Took care of what was in my tire had me in and out after that pretty quick

Such a run around between both locations. Called the Kemp location on Wednesday asking for a tire rotate and replacing all lug nuts. I asked if I needed to set up an appointment so they can order the lug nuts, she said “No just come in any time we can get you taking care of.” I made my way over within 30mins, when I get there she says “Oh sorry we don’t have a tech here hes at the other location for at least 45mins”. So I make my way over to the Old Jacksboro location. They say yes we’ll take care of it within 30mins. Awesome. Then they come back and say “we can do the rotation but we don’t have the right lug nuts, we’ll have to order them they’ll be in Friday.” Okay, thats fine. I come back Friday later in the day and apparently they never got them and the tech said he wasn’t sure if they were ordered. But he was not the one I spoke to to order them so I didn’t expect him to know. I decided to just come back on Saturday hoping they’d for sure be there by now. I get there and they tell me “Im sorry they were delivered to the Kemp location”. So, I decided to drive back to Kemp. They lady at the counter just hands them to me, and says “Yep their right here” I asked “So a tech doesn’t install them here?” She replied “Oh no sorry our tech isn’t here right now”
Over a 4 day period, got no where. Paid $80 for a set of lugs nuts that don’t even get installed? Crazy. Purchased my last set of tires from them. But after all this run around it’s probably the last set I will get from them.

Not satisfied. They couldn’t even figure out how to order the right spacer for my truck. They ordered only 2 instead of 4, then ordered the wrong ones. I had to show them which ones to order and they were 60 dollars less than the wrong ones they ordered me. They did not reimburse me the 60 dollars even after all the trips and headaches of going up there just to see that they had gotten the wrong part. Do not recommend! Spend your money at a quality shop!

By far one af few BEST tire shops in town. They will beat competitive shops prices, way nicer to interact with, and get the job done 100%. I will continue to use these shops for all of my tire needs...I wish they did tractors! ?

One of the very few places that's open on a Sunday! Admittedly, they were closed January 1st, that is understandable, I wish everyone there a Happy New Year! Good place to buy your tires.

Friend had a flat tire, that only needed to be changed to a spare tire that we already had on hand. They had one other customer at the shop so when they told us it was a 30 minute wait, it was reasonable and we didn't mind waiting. After waiting 45 minutes, 15 minutes over the original wait time, they told us it would be another 15-30 minute wait. Already frustrated, we still waited. We waited another 50 minutes after the initial 45 minutes, a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes of waiting, we finally got helped, and they had the audacity to tell us they didn't have a tool to change out the tire, AT A TIRE SHOP! The only reason they aren't getting a 1 star review is because they did our service for free.
