I wouldn't trust the salesman with the earlobe rings, if I were you. I took my IPhone 12 Pro Max in for an assessment as to why it was having trouble charging. I was told, by this guy, that my phone was not eligible for a trade because the battery life was 85%?? . He told his apprentice, I would have to pay the full amount for an upgrade (14 pro max). I decided to go to the Kemp/Kell store and ask for an upgrade. No questions asked. My phone was assessed and determined to be fine. I received $850 toward the 14. So, earlobe dude is totally untrustworthy. Avoid this guy and go to the Kemp store instead.

Zachary helped me with getting my upgrade yesterday and I left very satisfied!! He has great customer service and definitely knows how to treat his customers. I went to a different T-mobile location before I went to this location and they actually told me they could not help me because I had a sprint account and would have to go to a different location, so glad they couldn’t! I will refer all of my friends and family to this location just because of how I was treated!

Beware of what these guys promise. My experience was horrible...after promises of great promotions, i signed up but my bill never reflected what was promised. After months of reaching for a resolution, they manager of the store never even bother to answer.
