Great friendly service. It was not high pressure. Staff was very knowable about the products and could explain the differences. I asked alot of questions and he was patient and answered kindly.

The employee that helped me was great, I have no issue with the service he provided. The store's policies, however, are ridiculous and I don't have the time/inclination to jump through hoops any longer. I walked in, asked for a specific set of sheets, and was immediately led to the shelf. I was unable to complete the transaction without supplying a ridiculous amount of personal information. The employee suggested using my brother's phone number, since he was already in the system. The internet in their store is so slow that he wasn't able to pull anything up. After trying for ten minutes to pay, I walked out empty handed. It shouldn't be this difficult to purchase something. With no other customers in the store, I should have been in and out in 5 minutes.

The young gentleman who helped us at the store was absolutely phenomenal! His name started with a K and was not a "common" name. I feel terrible that I can't remember it. He was so knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted and the problems we were having with our current bed. I'm 52 and I've never had a better salesman before. And I've had plenty. I can't wait to get my bed and I'm so excited. All this comes from his enthusiasm for the beds he sales. Great job!

The Wichita Falls store is quiet even though nestled in a large, busy shopping center. The personnel took their time with us - assisting us to make the right choice. Never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision that didn't meet our needs. Impressed that sales staff personally owned, slept on, and believed in the Sleep Number bed for better rest.

Salesman Mark was passive aggressive and had a creepy vibe. The checkout process was excessively long. Prices were not the same as the product could be ordered online. Save your time and just it order it online, it’s cheaper and you don’t have to deal with rude Mark.However good luck getting in there to just test the bed and not have to deal with Marks snap backs. Trust me on this one.

Was sold a bed and frame by Mike and was lied to over and over about features that don't even exist. They are schemers after a contract. Don't believe the lies, you don't get what's actually in the store. They change "upgrade or downgrade" their products when ever they want without letting anyone know about features that they remove from the beds and frames. How about those full body sensors? Lies! No wires are in the mattress, nothing but foam! There's no sensor, they use monitoring on the pump pressure to detect when you exit or move in the bed. The night light that has " motion sensors in the frame" is the pump detecting a pressure change then activates the single light in the head/ middle of the bed and it turns on. So what if I roll over, or scoot closer to my partner? Yes it will turn on at every movement. They say, "turn off the feature if it turns on randomly...." This is only a small list of my personal issues on top of not being able to return the frame due to being lied about the features of the frame and the horrible noises it makes from just rolling over in the bed. I weigh 144 and am 6ft. So I doubt my weight causes the legs to be that weak, unless the metal is really that cheap! Be warned research allot before you buy. I have an adjustable frame for 1800 for sale if you want it because I don't. I sent the bed and it's features back but they won't take the frame. How about the sleep IQ? And the heart rate variability, heart rate, or even the breath rate? How can it measure the pulse from the heart without electrical connections? Or even measure the respirations per minute?? Oh that's right from a full body sensor that doesn't exist!! I took this bed apart, I have pictures, videos. I put a box of wood on the bed, guess what. I got a sleep number of 79 on that 3hr sleep season! Lies lies lies! There are real beds or there that measure actual medical stats but they are expensive. Trust my review my wife spent 5000 on this bed. It's not worth it. There are better air beds and companies out there. Research and don't be d*** like me. Don't buy in on the gimmicks, your smarter than that. If it seems to good to be true, guess what, it is!!?
