Bo’s team did a GREAT job designing it and Bo installed it in no time. The price was way lower than I had anticipated and it generates calls/jobs daily. “Needed to return large package to vendor, but no printer to print the label. I put on a thumb drive, and took the open box to this place this morning. A nice young lady printed out my mailing label, taped up the box for me, but not til after I put in the Packing List. It was an easy-peasy, three-minute transaction and handled every aspect of it. The last time, with another shipper, I had to leave, take my thumb drive to a copy shop, pay $2 a page to print, then return to shipping office, and BUY the tape to tape up the box. I like this Fed Ex location. Kudos to the young lady who just handled it professionally and quickly.”
