The staff in the office is AMAZING and that’s what truly makes an apartment complex worth living there!! Danielle and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I got an apartment within the time frame I needed. Every time I called, my call was immediately answered. They were so friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I move there in less than a week and I am really looking forward to it. They really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Living here! The Ladies in the office are so considerate and attentive, and the Maintenance guys are super quick to respond to any problems. They all work very hard to make this place special. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the laundry card situation. To load money on to the card you have to go into the office (during office hours) so you've either got to leave work early or take a day off in order to take care of that. Sometimes, though, they are open on a Saturday and you can take care of business, but it's not a year round thing. Other than that, all of the other amenities are 10/10. The dog park is so great, it gives us a space to let our fur babies run around and play (generally stays pretty clean). The playground for kids is top of the line. The Pool is a great size and depth (8ft on the deep end) and the furniture is very comfortable, they're working on the pool right now, the new lights look great!We plan to stay here for a long time, this is the best complex in Wichita Falls!

The units are okay, the kitchen in my one bedroom had zero ventilation so it was difficult to cook in. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear everything your neighbors do. They kept more than they said they would of my security deposit and ignored my request for an itemized list of charges (which they are already supposed to send with the deposit). Most of the washers and dryers in laundry room are almost always out of order and the ones that do “work” will not clean your clothes. Management was nice enough though.

5 stars is not enough for this place, they deserve so much more!! We’ve been here going on a year and we absolutely love it. The office staff plus the maintenance team are phenomenal and so kind with any questions or concerns we have. We don’t plan on leaving here anytime soon?

If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to live I definitely recommend Sheppards edge! We’re about to sign our third lease here. Very clean and well maintained, maintenance almost always comes to do repairs the same day, and the girls in the office are so sweet and helpful! All the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and happy!

I love renting here! The pool, enclosed doggy park and layout of the apts is fantastic. Sarah in the front office is absolutely TOP TIER and is always willing to go ABOVE and BEYOND for her residents! All in all, my favorite place to rent from EVER!

I have had a long term business relationship and friendship with the staff at Sheppard’s Edge apartments. They truly care about their residents. They work hard every day to make the living experience at Sheppard’s Edge as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If I or my loved ones needed an apartment, my first call would be to Sheppard’s Edge.

We have really enjoyed living here since moving in April 2023. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly & the office staff is caring & efficient. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
