It has been very frustrating dealing with Toyota of Wichita Falls. When it comes to sales, they will go above and beyond to make sure they close on a deal but for other inquiries they seem to drag their feet and lack communication and professionalism.

Ramon took exceptional care of us! I have never had a better experience buying a car!! They were so kind and transparent, the selection is wonderful, and I left with my dream vehicle!! This was my first time ever visiting a Toyota dealership and I’m incredibly pleased. I highly recommend going in and speaking with their staff about your needs if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Horrible service experience. Granted, the people were nice, so they earned the 1 star.
TL:DR They’re going to do the bare minimum and charge premium for it.
I dropped my truck off service since I rolled past 100k miles. I basically told them I’d pay for any routine maintenance that was needed and anything else they found. I told them that on the highway I had some shuddering and asked them to check it. They didn’t. They did put a note in (that I only found because I read through the paperwork) that my tires weren’t wearing right. Shuddering and feather wear are textbook symptoms of misalignment.
I’ll be taking my truck to a real service station to get it worked on from now on. Very disappointed, I expect better from Toyota.

I recently just bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from them yesterday and I am super grateful for them. After searching for about a year and a half for a car Mr. Martinez and Mr. Parker blessed me yesterday and made my dreams come true. They worked super hard to make things workout and to make sure I would be able to drive off the lot with a new car. It was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders and now am so in love with my new car! THANK YOU! A special thanks to my grandmother as well she searched high and low for me a car as well while I was at work! They all made my dreams come true!
