I relocated to Texas over a year ago. I was previously a loyal Costco shopper due to Sam's Club being over 30 min from my previous home. When I relocated I became a Sam's Club member. I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand. If you enjoy the club experience you must check out the Wichita Falls Sam's Club! Thank you Sam's Club for providing great service and value to WF.

I Hate The Lines Everything about Sam's Club is great, except for those dang lines. You have to wait once to check out and a second time to get your receipt read before exiting. Aside from that, you can get some amazing deals on bulk items. My favorite grabs are salmon, steak, grapes, mixed vegetables, Bai drinks, paper towels, and almonds

Sams club is awesome. Used the pay as you go app and it took me longer to walk and grab my item than it did to checkout. Highly recommend if in a hurry!

The store itself is ok, but the tire and battery center is a joke. The employees there are lazy and incompetent. I had to wait 2 and a half hours to have a slow leak "fixed" because of a nail I picked up on a construction site. This would make the second time to be told they couldn't fix it and they would have to prorate the tire. So instead of taking the truck to someone with enough knowledge to actually fix a flat tire, I took it to the place I purchased them and was charged $72. The tire deals seem good at first, but I would highly recommend looking somewhere else for your tire and battery needs.

I don't shop here often, but this is a good Sam's Club location. It's clean and the employees are friendly and very helpful. When I came this weekend, I was buying wine in the self check out and an employee who seemed to be heading for a break took the time to stop and help us with the age restriction. They have great deals - I stocked up on toothpaste, for example, and it is so much cheaper than buying it individually. One thing I appreciate about Sam's Club - especially in the year of social distancing - is the wide aisles. I'm typically not able to purchase food products here (my household is too small and it will take too long to get through them), but if you are looking to buy in larger quantities and save money, it's a good spot to do so.

God bless the honest person who found my purse in a shopping cart & took it to membership without disturbing one penny, dollar, check, credit card, etc. You don't know how hard I prayed an honest person would find my purse when I discovered I'd left it yesterday. I don't know if you are a Sam's employee or just someone passing through the parking lot & saw an unattended purse, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart & praise you for your character. Thanks again & I pray God will truly bless you for doing the right thing & saving me from many problems!

This is a good place to go if you need to get bulk items. However, the independent sales people who try to sell their products like cable or etc. Are so pushy!!! Its really annoying when you walk in and they bumbard you with their sales pitch and they do not take no for an answer!
