Great place to get your car fixed, my mom used to go to Rose's a long time ago even. Bill is a nice man, Kelly is his wonderful secretary & their mechanics are good guys that know their stuff! Very professional and helpful atmosphere.

Was recommended this place by my father in law, and was not disappointed. Pricing was great, repairs were good, and above all this shop is trustworthy.
The only cons were that the turnaround time wasn't the best, and I had to call in for updates.

I’m a single woman on a road trip and I was passing through this town (LUCKILY) when I heard a high pitched sound from my engine. I called this auto shop first and the woman was very helpful and got me in that morning. They were all so professional and kind, they showed me my serpentine belt and all the pieces that had broken and was dragging! They did not over charge and they were so thorough and checked out my whole van to make sure I was safe getting back on the road. Honestly this place was a blessing and the people are amazing. I’ve now made it to Colorado, Utah and back with no issues.Thank you to the mechanic that went above and beyond to make me feel safe and secure on my journey. Before I called these guys I called every 24 hour mobile mechanic I could find. Particualr Knught's Auto, whom I left multiple messages for and submitted a request for a quote. They never responded. Rose's was affordable, efficient and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Great job Rose's Auto

Ms.Kelly and staff are AWESOME people, took my car in to get radiator changed out, they are very reasonable on their pricing, and fast and efficient! Excellent work! I would recommend them to everyone! Love this Company ?

I took a generator to be serviced. It had been shutting down, figured it needed a good tune up.The receipt says they changed the oil, added coolant, changed filters.Got it back and after a day it wouldn’t start at all.Because I know that they weren’t able to do major work on them, I figured I needed to take it to a service center that specializes in them.Come to find out it had no coolant. I paid $400 at the second place for a job the first place should’ve done.When I returned to Roses with the complaint, the owner said there had to be a leak. I brought it back and he confirmed himself that there was no leak and the coolant was still full.Refused to do anything to help with the cost I spent at the second place to do the job I already paid him to do.Horrible business.Service: Oil change

Terrible. Says it won't take a month. Takes longer than a month. Didn't fix issues after saying each day for a week my car would be ready. Was told each day there was a new issue. Secretary wouldn't tell me what was wrong with my car when I called up there to ask because a family member was paying for the work. Trash was left in my vehicle and my earrings vanished into thin air as well. Now I have to take my car to a dealership to get my mileage back on there. Nothing wrong with it before or the many other random issues that are happening since taking it there. They "fixed" nothing. Disappointed all the way around.
