Browsed the lot while my truck was being serviced. Found a truck I was interested in and was quoted a price, and verified that price four or five times. No one was there to appraise my trade-in so I had to wait until the next day. They ended up lowballing me on my trade-in and all of a sudden the cost of the truck I wanted went up $20,000 because of a "website" error. Wouldn't honor what I was quoted multiple times. Pretty shady practice, even for a car dealership.

This service team has gone above and beyond. I've had several issue with my 2022 GMC Yukon Denali Duramax and although I'm extremely disappointed in the vehicle that I purchased at a different dealership, the Foundation GMC dealership service department has truly helped me in navigating and fixing these issues.

Learned my lesson about foundation GMC. I took my 2014 Chevy Camaro there cause it was having engine reduce power throwing a lot of codes they had my car for 8 weeks and today they called and said it was ready it was some corrosion in some of wiring harness got 2 miles from the dealership there goes engine reduce power I paid them almost $700 for no results. The service manger & the manger director said with all the time they put into chasing the issue they couldn’t refund till they figured out the issue after 8weeks i just ddnt see it happening they also have techs that not certified noticed that when i was talking to the guy that was working on my vehicle& the service manger Jeran got chosted every time i was there. I suggest no one take there vehicle there the only certified techs they have is for Mercedes.

We just moved to the area and were looking at trucks. We found one here and everyone we dealt with were very welcoming and helpful. We felt we got a good deal and the entire process was very transparent. We never felt pressured. Thanks Foundation.

We were welcomed while still in the truck and right away offered a hamburger or hotdog since they were doing customer appreciation day. My husband was even offered a steak!!! We were shown a truck great price, but we then showed our salesman, Merat, which truck got our eye and heart....him along with his manager Mr Saldana, we were able to drive home in our new 2024 GMC 2500 Truck. Definitely loved Brady, his attitude as well I mean they all did a great job!!! I loved Merats laugh and the truck came with no sidewalls but he made sure they got our truck back in the same week to have some placed on because I tell you what...it's high!!!! Ty everyone it was a pleassure!

I called and explained the problem. I Asked when I could bring my car in and they said that afternoon. I did, they diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within two hours! And the bill was reasonable! This is the second time I’ve used their service department for my Buick. Great service and experienced technicians. I can recommend them without hesitation. Happy customer!

Absolutely horrible. Refused to do business. Even quoted a price HIGHER than their own website to me. Go to Dallas/Ft. Worth or OKC for better service.

Great experience! KC, our salesperson was polite, knowledgeable and courteous! Daniel also did an excellent job explaining the features! The whole process was less stressful than we usually feel when purchasing a vehicle! Great job to all involved.
