The people working there now are very nice, but in the past, have been very rude. This is a very small store and the pumps are cramped, especially when trucks towing trailers block multiple pumps, which I see often here. The prices are always the lowest, although if you're getting PREMIUM, note that it's 91 Octane like all the Walmart/Murphy locations and not 93 like most brands are.

I got lucky and timed it right. Not too hard to get to a pump. Used my rewards points and got 20 cent off a gallon. Only issue is the don't seem to have 2 people working during peak times. So sometimes it's a little wait to get checked out

I love this place, it's super convenient! Staff is awesome! Chris is a very friendly guy, fun to chit chat with during brief moments I spend there. Craig is a cool guy too! These guys really make the visit fun and enjoyable more than I'd ever enjoyed at a convenient store/gas station(top 5 in cheapest gas prices in Wichita Falls). Go here for sure!!

When I entered this Murphy Express which is very small and cramped at best I didn't realize there was a couple of folks behind the shelve placed in the center of this overly cramped space. I proceeded to wait on the gentleman at the counter when the employee working that counter declared I needed to get in line and pointed to the people behind that center shelf. I told him I hadn't seen them and he proceeded to tell me I better look next time to which I said "excuse me"...he the said "you got a problem"? By that time I had had enough and said only with him. He then proceeded to ask if I'd like to step outside. There was another employee there evidently losing out or something, but offered no intervention. These are without a doubt the rudest people I have ever seen in my life working anywhere. This individual should be terminated immediately. If this is the way Murphy's treats their customers I certainly won't and advise everyone else to cease doing business with them.

This location has some of the most negative and rude employees ! And always on top of a long line and non stocked coolers and for a new fountain drink machine it’s already disgusting- never clean and never has the appropriate lids and or cups . I understand it is probably the busiest location in WF, but also the largest, yet because of their attitudes alone I’ll drive ten miles out of my way to visit the one on central freeway. Yes - everyone has a bad day so I’ve tried this location more than a handful of times, with that in mind - but it’s always one of two people when I go and they are both so incredibly rude ! If you hate your job or people in general, then leave it to the people like Anna at the other location- she’s always slammed and always wearing a smile - goes above and beyond and belongs in customer service ! This is one of two negative reviews I’ve ever left period - but maybe the only way they’ll know or attempt to change is if someone says something ! Although, I personally, won’t be back to find out.

Gas prices are excellent, service is terrible- unbelievably slow. Having 3 people behind the counter (1 working, 2 yick-yacking) while 2 lines of people wait to pay for gas is inexcusable.
