The customer service I received was poor and I was treated very poorly. I went to port my boost mobile service to MetroPCS on the 5th and like any other customer I had a bunch of questions, so after trying to constantly talk to the guy that works there and get his advice and ask him questions i was being ignored, given half answers and treated as if I wasn't welcome like my presebxe bothered him, I felt really out of place and unwelcome so I paid for what I needed and left. A day later I returned because I thought all phones came with a cord and a box to charge your phone which is why it's called a wall charger he says I would have to go buy one and they don't come with the phone which is weird so I left because I've never heard of anyone buying a phone then having to buy the other peice to charge your phone. Two or three days later I return because at this point the phone had not been working like it was supposed to, the Hotspot wasn't working, the old phone that I ported my service from was still receiving the calls and text messages, the internet wasn't working I couldn't get my emails or passwords or anything else so at this point I was was just over metro pcs and wanted my money and my number back. I went to the store I told him what was wrong and that I wanted my money back he tells me " you can't get a refund because you ported your number, it was a promotional deal" I hand him the receipt and say "show me where it says that on this receipt and I will leave" he reads the receipt (it doesn't say that of course) so I Say I want my money back and my number he says well I can give you a refund but you will lose your number I said oh no im not losing my number or my money I want both of them back so you need to call whoever you gone call cause I'm not leaving without, so he gets on the phone with the owner I got frustrated so I talked over him so the person on the phone can hear me then he starts telling me to leave then he comes from behind the counter like he was going to attack me so I back up and tell my daughter to wait by the door, the owner finally tells him to tell me to bring the cord the box and the phone back with the receipt and we will give me my money and my number back and as im walking out the door he says and when you come back don't come back like this.... like what? Black? I wasn't doing anything, I wasn't cursing, I wasn't making threats or talking smack I was clearly frustrated as would anyone but he had no right to say anything and he don't know me what if him saying that would have led to something more? I did not disrespect him in any way nor did I even get upset until he tried to lie to me and get upset like it was his money So I Said since you feel threatened by me being frustrated even though I'm not a threat to you I will just come back with the police he says if you bring the police the deal is off so I confirm it by repeating what he just told me he calls the police ( they are asking him what am I doing how am I acting and my race) because he was about to say a black female but he says idk over and over again he didn't have a lie to tell them so he says idk, like seriously what was I doing?? I wasn't causing a disturbance I wasn't throwing stuff and knocking stuff over I wasn't making threats or calling him names I was being very calm compared to what I could have done especially when he walked from around that counter like he was going to attack so I sat there and waited on the police and while I waited he's helping this Hispanic customer and treating him like he wants his business but when I was there I was treated as if I was invisible so at that point I knew it was a race thing and that is why I was not treated fairly while there and truth be told I wasn't expecting all that to happen I thought I was going to go in there and his customer service skills would be better and he would offer me a different phone or see if they could get me a cheaper deal but inst

Phone number to call store completely disappeared. I've been trying to get a particular phone for two weeks. She said to call(since i live 20 miles away) to see if they got a delivery, well the number doesn't work.

If I could give Metro 0 stars, I would. Their customer service sucks whenever you call 611. The supervisor Kevin 01542 is a dick. I paid my balance in full and now they're saying I owe $5 and shut my services off.
