I had a great experience with switching my phone service. Amim on 9th Street was very nice and helpful. The store was also very clean and I just loved my overall experience.

Terrible service. The lady that's always there is so rude. This is there third time I've came in in the last year asking about switching my service and everything time she tells me they don't have any phones. She doesn't smile or say anything else. Today as I was leaving I said thank you and she just looks at me and puts her head down! Terrible terrible customer service.

Walked in, explained what my brother needed, and we were setup and out the door in 30 minutes. Young ladies who were knowledgeable and able to answer all questions.

Cant call to talk to anyone at a retail store from lawton, Oklahoma to witchita falls, Texas... I have had so much trouble in general with Metro that this will be my last month with the company. I suggest others do the same.
