The female Quest rep was extremely calm and graceful with the disgruntled man. She handled the situation with great professionalism, allowing for no escalation, which could have been very possible. You have yourself an A+ employee there.”

“I have been to this location twice for the wellness test with body measurement due to my work's health insurance policy. Both times, Allena has been the one to assist me.The first time I went, my husband came with me so he could also get this testing done since we worked at the same company at the time. He has a HUGE fear of needles and was on the verge of a panic attack the entire time. Allena was incredibly understanding and compassionate towards us and helped me calm him down enough to get his blood drawn.The second time I went by myself since my husband had moved on to a different company. I had literally gotten into a hit and run in the parking lot 5 minutes before my appointment, and the other person ran. Of course I was extremely shaken up and upset that not only was my car a little messed up but now my blood pressure was going to be off the charts. I told Allena my concerns and she was incredibly understanding again. She told me about a small car accident she was in to make me feel better, and helped me get my blood pressure down by comforting me. Allena deserves a HUGE raise! She definitely understands how to treat her patients and makes this location the best location compared to all the Labcorps in DFW!”
