I like living here. It's very affordable, gets approval very fast. If you need something, you can always contact them and they'll get back with you right away and help you with whatever you need. Definitely recommend this place

When I first moved in approximately seven years ago, I truly enjoyed my apt., yard was always mowed, trash picked up, quickly repaired or replaced broken or worn things, which I rarely had a problem with. I had problem with smokers( in their apt, with came though my vents) getting better. I don't like the fact that several barbecue pits with sticks and debris is under the stairs near my door.

Great place to call home! The apartment itself is beautiful. I have ceramic tile flooring marble countertops and up to date faucet's. Feeling safe and secure was my biggest concern. After living here for awhile now I feel completely safe. The security gate works awesome! Its very quiet and everyone is so friendly, from the tenants to the staff, I couldn't be more happy. There is also play areas for the kids to go play. Maintenance is fast and competent. The office ladies are Awesome. If your looking for an apartment you should come check them out. It's a great place to live!

Me and my gf recently moved here and liked how quiet it is, the neighbors are nice and friendly; and the price is very reasonable on how spacious the apartments are, so we are comfortable living here

These people are complete scum. After the recent storm, many people were forced to move and are not returning people's security deposits. The "maintenance man" is completely incompetent and lazy. The HVAC systems are completely destroyed because none of the filters have been changed for years (and tenants aren't allowed to do it). Of course, this results in electric bills triple the normal prices. They pile trash from vacant apartments in the yard and behind the office because they're too lazy to haul it off. It stays there for weeks at a time until they have a "full load". The mold in the apartments has been there long before the storm hit. Because reporting them to the city is public record, they evict anyone who makes the reports. I'm convinced that the reviews here are completely fake. After talking to 12 different tenants, I've yet to find anyone who isn't completely disgusted with this place. Anyone with common sense enough to understand percentages knows that, if you take poll of a dozen people and they all agree on the same thing, you're gonna get the same result when you ask the next 12.

The price is very reasonable for a pretty spacious apartment. The community is very quiet and the staff is friendly. Anytime I have to call the office they always answer within a ring or two which is a nice change from other places. The owner of the complex is nice and you can tell he cares about his business. He’s has been here over a decade, unlike most places that change management every year. The walls are thick so I hardly hear my neighbors ever. Covered parking is included with the rent, not extra, which is rare these days. It’s easy to pay rent through the app and you can open the gate with an app instead of having to use a keycard or clicker which is really convenient. When I moved in, there were a few things that needed maintenance, but they came to fix it quickly. I haven’t seen any bugs except for a couple of crickets, but they were dead so that’s great.

When we first moved into the apartments, our refrigerator and air conditioner didn't work. They came to fix it in a timely manner. However, the issues with the refrigerator caused us to lose 3 different rounds of groceries. The AC was a constant issue we had throughout our entire stay. It was constantly freezing or leaking. When the storm hit the apartments, our bedroom ceiling fell through, which caused us over 6,000$ worth of damages. The ceiling grew mold and yet they still wanted us to continue living in the unit. A month has gone by without remedy. They still expect us to pay full months rent and stay until our lease expires. The apartment is being cooled by a portable AC unit. Which has increased our electric bill and cools the area only to 83 degrees. As a disabled veteran with asthma, a moldy bedroom with a huge hole in the ceiling is not somewhere I'd like to relax and sleep. Be advised, they offer gift cards to residents for giving 5 star reviews on their apartments.

I moved in Lions Court a few months ago. It is so quiet here! The Office staff is so nice and friendly and Maintenance is fast! I highly recommend them!

Since we’ve moved in , we have had no complaints. The area is very quiet and is family and furrbabies friendly. The area is secluded so we really don’t hear ruckus or have any issues with anyone being too loud with music or any solicitors. Great for singles or families. I’m pleased with communication from office staff when there is a fumigation or any filter changing and also are very quick to respond to and work order request. Kind staff including the maintenance. If I could have a 24 month lease I could but for now I’m loving it. Definitely vouch for you Lions court?

I am enjoying my apartment and the communication with the office staff. I’ve had maintenance come through to check a few things and they have been respectful and very responsive. I have kids and having a small play area and several open grass areas to play ball is a good feeling. The fact that all the kids come out to play makes me feel comfortable that my kids have others to play with. The gym is small but definitely a good spot to decompress and interact with other people. We have a vending machine to get snacks or drinks while we check mail and the area of parking lot is perfect to take an evening walk through the whole complex. When I’ve submitted a request for anything they have followed up at a timely matter. My vehicle has shade with covered parking that’s FREE?!! We have neighbors who are neighborly and not snobby no matter if it’s neighbors who are across parking lot or nextdoor. I am glad I found a place to find comfort and quiet as our home for the next year at least. The prices don’t break your pocket either with the economy being the way it is. Lions Court , keep doing your thang!!!

I loved these apartments when I moved in the ladies in the office are awesome. Then I got a washer and dryer. So on my lease it says I need to have them checked. So I did after being checked my washer is on cold for hot and hot for cold. So I call back and was belittled and made fun of. Ok so now it's hot. So my Air conditioner isn't working right. I have a 3 years I need air. I make 2 calls during hours of service and I'm told nothing is wrong. So tonight it stops working kicking off and kicking right back off. I call and they tell me nothing is wrong. They don't come check it or anything. Now they won't answer my calls. Do not move here. Your own your own after hours. I will be calling down town tomorrow. I'm just on my own . Wow

I've been a resident here for 10 years. Been happy with my time here. Staff members have always been nice. I appreciate having covered parking, and peace of mind with the security of a gated community. Upgrades are always welcome. This apartment community is quiet and peaceful during my tenure here. I get along well with all the neighbors I've had over the years. If there's anything that needs to be tended to our fixed, maintenance handles my concerns in a timely fashion. Overall I give 5 stars with my level of been satisfied with my tenure here.

I have lived at the Lions Court for almost a year, the staff has always been extrememly friendly and amazing to deal with. Maintenance is always SUPER fast to respond. Being in a gated community was very important to me when we decided to move into WF. I would highly recommend the complex to anyone.
