I think they got good review that's why they have so many cars in there garage. They don't have any time for new customer. If you're looking something quick or In-N-Out service this is not the place you want to go.

On the last day on a very long cross country road trip when our check engine came on through Wichita Falls and our car started making a strange sound. Nervous that it could be something that could leave us stranded, we pulled into Jim's Garage.
James greeted me and asked how he could help, I told him the situation and he said although he was extremely busy, he would come out and take a look. After doing a quick a physical check and running a diagnostic, he determined our engine was burning through oil more than it should. We will have to work with our Hyundai Dealer to resolve some bigger issues but he got it up and running enough to make it back home.
I cannot thank James and his crew enough as they did not have to show so much care and thoughtfulness to someone just driving through. Although I may not be in the area again I hope this review serves as an example of the excellent service and knowledge of the staff here. Me, my girlfriend, and our little 10lb pomeranian can not thank Jim's Garage enough.

I took my Ram to Jim's after 2 other shops told me there wasn't a problem with it. He made me feel heard, and we came up with a game plan. I'll be taking my truck to him from now on.

Jim's Garage of Wichita Falls, TX is the real deal. Wish there were more businesses like this one; that do not try to rip you off. I'll definitely be bringing my car here again for any future servicing needs.
