My husband and I rode our bikes to Jim’s for an inspection on his Road King Friday. As always Jim is easy going, honest, and thorough. Every time we have been there, it has been a positive experience!

Heard great things about this place until my close friend took his bike there for simple a diagnosis and came back to major paint damage and shallow accountability for Jim DROPPING THE BIKE! Would've taken my bike there if he had tried to fix the damage but instead evaded liability at every turn and caused enough damage to TOTAL THE BIKE entirely. If you don't mind some extra dings and dents on your ride after than Jim is your man!!!

My fiancé took his bike to Jim’s for just a flat tire and he ended up dropping it and scratching the paint up in multiple areas. We have him on recording confessing he dropped it and tried to make us sign a waiver stating nothing was wrong. Made insurance claim and they ended up totaling it due to the cost of paint and labor.

Don’t take your motorcycle to Jim’s bike detail shop for any work or a detail!He dropped my 2011 Harley Davidson ultra limited and tried to lie about it even though I have him on camera saying he dropped it. then tried to get me to sign a waiver, saying that it was OK and that because it was a 2011, it should have scratches my insurance ended up, totaling my motorcycle because of this Jim is not an honest person you can trust!!

What a friendly experience. I'm not from Wichita and got the best reception from Jim and customers alike. Although, Jim was VERY busy with repairs and inspections he made time to give me a bike wash and introduce me to his favorite local watering hole.My best wishes to this fantastic man and his established buisness.

Went to this business on a recommendation of a trusted friend. They refused to do vehicle inspection because of a vehicle issue that was not related to vehicle safety. Went to another business to get inspection and passed with no fixing needed. Even told the other business up front and it didn't appear to be an issue for the mechanic. I don't recommend for vehicle inspection services.

Jim is super cool. My tire got a flat so I called him to ask about pricing and he offered to tow my bike to his shop. Took care of my issue. I Been using him ever since.
